“OK it’s McDonald’s, but this location has never done me dirty! I generally go through the drive through, so that’s the review I’m writing. We got a shamrock a shake and 2 double filet o fishes, and they were great. I’d say for flavor, I’d rather have 2 single filets instead of a double, but for cost efficiency and amount of protein you get, it’s a better deal to get the double. Obviously the picture isn’t pretty, and typically this is what the presentation looks like, but again, this is McDonald’s, and you know what you’re gonna get with fast food.Parking: The usual amount of spots are typically available“

“Stopped at McDonald’s after a long night at work, expecting the usual disappointment the chain as a whole has become.Whoever was working last night, between 12:30 am and 1:30 am (saturday night/Sunday morning) you made the freshest, hottest, greasiest, crispiest, most perfectly salted fries I have had from Mcds in YEARS. “The workers at the McDs on Plainfield Ave Grand Rapids are really just the nicest. The manager Tasha? I think, is really the sweetest person. Tash always remembers us and remembers my mom's absurd Mcafe order....The restrooms are clean and the orders are usually right. Sometimes my mom's Mcafe special order is wrong, but I can't blame them for that. She's old and crotchety and her order is irrationally specific. ????The kids area is obnoxiously loud when I'm there....(95% of that noise is emanating from my three kids who feel like they have to scream everything to each other in that migraine inducing echo chamber)Bring Advil.Kid-friendliness: Playland is fun for the kids.“
“I only go here cause it's the only place open at 2:50 am. The food isn't so bad, but that's cause I order mine with extra cheese and no pickel, which I'm hoping means they make it fresh. The customer service isn't that great, but there getting ready to close, so I get it.“
“Went there at about midnight with a mobile order never got my frappe but next morning talk to manager and was able to get my mocha frappe with caramel drizzle and she made it just the way I like it she was so nice and polite I definitely give this manager of five stars thank you so “
“Great experience at this location every time. Fast and friendly service all day with dine-in and delivery. The line for drive thru could be 20 vehicles long and you will still end up with your order within about 5 minutes and it will be correct. Fries may not be as fresh as you would like but the order will be correct.“

“Ended up here this morning when we couldn't get service at the Plainfield location (they were completely closed!) and could not have been happier! My father still raves about the Senior Coffee and our McMuffin sandwiches were warm and delicious. They were assembled and prepared with care which was a nice change. Great job Northland Dr! ?“
