I've had some issues in the past with the food here but today was horrible. I ordered the chicken Monterey and couldn't even eat it; it was sooo salty. And whatever was in the "seasoned rice" was almost inedible. Love the onion rings but the half gallon of grease along with them is so unpleasant. I keep trying different dishes and come out disappointed almost every time. My coworker and I ordered lunch from here and while my food was great, her mozzarella sticks were overcooked. I contacted the restaurant and the general manager reached out to me and made things right by sending us a gift card! This is customer service at it's best and we will definitely be back.

I feel like I've been short sheeted. I admit it's been a year or two since I've been to Russes. I got the slim jem it was nothing like it was a few years ago.Probably 1/2 the meat and veggies.Sorry I won't be back.
