“The house brew is great and the baristas are wonderful. They always put a smile on my face. Typically when I stop in, it’s late in the afternoon and just for coffee. If they haven’t brewed in a few hours they will give me a sample and ask if it’s “hot enough?” They are happy to brew more if necessary. Top notch service.“
“My first time at a Biggby coffee. The crew that was working the morning shift around 11 AM on Wednesday, May 17th were fabulous. The person at the register recommended the spotted owl latte and it was AMAZING! I ordered an iced reduced calorie and it was so yummy I couldn’t tell it was sugar free options. My fiancé had the blended version. The bagels - also AMAZING. Great food, fantastic service, the only thing is I wish there was Biggby location in Minnesota where we live. Until next time!“
“The Mint Mocha offee tasted "different" this time around, not bad. But not like I am used to.. Facility was on the disorderly side. Trash on the floor, tables were out of place...Wheelchair accessibility: Parking next to main entrance.“
“I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kellie (the manager)In a world where customer service seems to be fading, Kellie is top notch! First thing every morning she is kind, funny and fast…I cannot say enough good things about her. My coffee is always hot, consistent and delicious. Grandville 6606 the #1 location ?“
