“They are all always friendly and helpful. I love when I struggle deciding and they're so patient and may even suggest something. The food is best served here compared to any other branches. They have milk alternatives and no sugar options perfect for everyone. I wish they'd always have jalapeno cheddar bagels because those are my most favorite ones.“

“First, the good: I was issued a free any-size beverage coupon for my trouble. I was extremely impressed with how they handled the situation!Second, the bad: My iced coffee was contaminated with what I believe to be quaternary ammonium sanitizer. My boyfriend and I both tried it, and with less than a sip, our mouths were burning. We've both worked in food service for years upon years... Quat sanitizer is not a mistakeable taste.So, aside from that dangerous mistake, I have always had good experiences at this location :)“

“I always try to order ahead and they still mess my order. They won't do it as requested, and I don't customize a lot, just asking no whipped cream and they'll add it anyways. They are not very friendly. I've tried different times so it is not related to rush hour, they probably don't pay much attention.“

“Love the food and I'm not a coffee drinker myself. The wraps are so good. I have even rented it out for a rehearsal dinner and it was a fun place to go. We have used them for catering once too. A great place to go that's not a franchise“
“I would like to first make known that we live within very few miles of a couple Biggby Coffee Shops....We choose to drive to Coopersville for a latte (any coffee drink) they are always consistant, always taste like it should, (not watered down) flavored to perfection. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, when we have a question. We will always be willing and happy for the ride.“
“I've been coming here with my family for some time to get ice cream, but finally decided to come in for coffee. Definitely a more chill ambiance in the morning than during the day, which was nice. The barista (I'm assuming the owner?) was so friendly. The lattes my son and I had were amazing. (Milky Way and Reese's). Tasty and well made. I would definitely recommend coming here!“
