“The place has gone down a bit over the years. It doesn't have that warm, inviting atmosphere like it used to. Staff was so-so. Had to ask for straws, napkins...they used to have that all available in the back. While we were in the shop for a few hours, the line of people waiting for their drinks was insane. I think I would have walked out and gone somewhere else for coffee. This was on a Friday morning, I think. We got there around 7:30 am, which was just before the line of people.Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy free, low sugar, no sugar optionsParking: If you come early there shouldn't be a problem with parking. But the lot does fill up fast.“

“10 STARS if I could. My first time to this location because I am passing through from Mackinac Island. Kalli was so kind, patience and nice even though she saw that the line was getting long. She kept her cool and poise. I know that working in the customer service industry these days is a nightmare, so I am thankful and grateful that she can still manage to make my day a little better. Great hire manager. She definitely need a raise.“
“It's a typical Starbucks in a store set up. However it's in one of the dumpiest Family Fares I've ever seen.Typical Starbucks in every way tho. It's close to work so I'm sure I will be back. Everyone who works here I've encountered has been super nice and super chill.“
“This place has such good tea bombs! They taste amazing and give you a burst of energy. They have tons of Tea and shake options. My daughter and I go here several times a week. We love this place. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful when you have questions. I highly recommend.“
