“Stopped in this restaurant today. I have been searching for a decent salad shop and I think I found one here. I had the club salad which was phenomenal with this tangy ranch dressing they have. I also had the broccoli cheddar soup which was really great and filling. The service was on point. Nobody was really in the restaurant when I came in so my order was prepared really fast.It is a small little sandwich/salad shop in Grosse Pointe area. There is indoor seating. I think it would be even better if they had outdoor seating in the front. But nevertheless I would recommend trying this place.“

“This bakery is AMAZING! They SAVED our wedding! We found out a few weeks before our wedding that both bakers at the current bakery we had chosen had quit, and taken our order info with them. After going back and forth with the owner of the other bakery we found Kalindi’s. Not only did they take our HUGE last minute order, but they were very cautious with me having food allergies. They helped us out so much, and everything turned out AMAZING! Our boss loved the chocolate on chocolate cupcakes so much he contacted us after our wedding so he could order some for his son’s upcoming wedding festivities. “One of my favourite restaurants. The food is great and the service is always good. The prices could be more affordable . They are on the rather pricy side. The booths are awkward as it causes you to face everyone in the dining room rather than the person you came with. Very uncomfortable. They should consider changing them so you can face your partner and not other guests eating .“

“I have been to all the locations and the Tecumseh location is the best in my view. I felt I was cheated once at the South location when I ordered a Personal size pizza and got about 4 bites out of it. It didn't even taste good. You better off getting 2 slices. Other than that, all the locations are good but, Tecumseh is the best.“

The food is delicious though the portions seem awfully small for the price compared to what you get elsewhere. “This is one of my favorite gems for tea and breakfast! They serve Harney &Sons tea, my favorite! You can stop in for a 6pack of scones or sit and enjoy the ultimate tea experience, which I feel is a must. Every tea cup/pot is unique which adds to the ambiance. I have been a fan of their scones for years but I absolutely LOVE their homemade, fluffy, buttery, yummy quiche. The garlic crab quiche is my obsession! ? “I often order myself lunch on DoorDash from 7 greens or drop by after workout out at the local YMCA. I do wish they were open longer and on weekends! They can get pretty busy during the week. They have ample options between salads, bowls, smoothies and açaí bowls. I enjoyed the spicy Buddha bowl and the yoga girl with chicken added. For some reason when I ordered on DoorDash it didn't come in a bag or with silverware which was a little strange. Their 7 greens extreme smoothie was not my favorite but I do want to give the others a chance! Prices are a bit steep but great having healthy and easy food options around like this.“
“You know, my father was a Cop in the Shores back in the 50s, 60s and early 70s, I have worked for just about every Pizza Company there is, especially the local ones including Sammys on 13 and Jefferson, I am still a PQM member for pizza guys, I love pizzas, I don't buy out too often because I can make anybody's I want, but had to try DSPC. ,The crust was awesome, liked it better then Buddys or Jetts, burnt cheese on it was perfect, the topping were awesome. And the sauce was a great traditional. Not too sweet or flat. I cant say enough good stuff about my experience. But Pizza is not just regional, it is Neighborhood Driven, even 2 miles tastes change to what is local for you. So go out and try a Little Guys Pizza and forgo the chains.“

I brought 2 girlfriends out 4 dinner and we were all very unimpressed. my 2 friends both ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich fries and gravey, their sandwiches were disgusting, neither finished their meal. I ordered ribs fries and coleslaw, the ribs were cold yet burnt in spots and slathered with cold bbq sauce, the coleslaw was cabbage sliced up, and fries were just ok not once did she come to our table to ask of we needed anything, wanted another drink, or to ask how the food was, when we were almost done eating they decided to try and bring my friends their gravey they had asked for, we said there is no point but thanks. Yet they still tried to charge us! as we were paying for our food we still had our dirty plates and half eaten food sitting in front of us, service was beyond slow and it was not busy at all, I will never go back here to eat nor recommend this restaurant to anyone.“

“The only reason we were in TSUN was to see the Metallica show at Ford Field. We found a great spot to park for free near the casino. Next was to find a place to eat that was within walking distance to the venue. So, I pulled out my phone and started looking for restaurants on the Yelp app. After a couple of minutes, I decided that we should come here due to the positive reviews and pictures of great looking food. When we walked into the place it was packed with groups of people having a great time. I loved the exposed brick walls and the tin ceiling tiles. There is a long bar with several televisions over it on one side. The tables are located opposite and along the bottom of the bar. Do not forget to check out the elephants that are carved into the wooden posts behind the bar. Of course, we started out with drinks. We both opted for a local craft draft beer, the Atwater DHH IPA. It was a solid IPA; hoppy, citrusy, strong but not too strong. The perfect beer for our shared meal. There was a table of ladies next to us having a very, very good time at their bachelorette party, a couple were even dancing around their table. We did not have much time before the show started so we decided to get a couple of appetizers to split. The Fried Chicken Tenders and the Rio Grande Shrimp. Both were AMAZING! We received six tenders that were medium sized, very lightly breaded, crunchy and so juicy that they were glistening on the inside. YUMMY! The Rio Grande Shrimp were served on a bed of lettuce, topped with cilantro, a house made remoulade, and diced red, yellow and orange bell peppers. There were nine shrimps on the platter which were cooked perfectly, as they were also glistening. I wished we had one more shrimp, so I did not have to split it with my man...lol. It was the perfect sized meal for us so we did not have any leftovers that would have sit in the car for several hours while we were at the concert. I'm so happy that we agreed to eat here. When we come back to TSUN for another event near this particular venue, we will definitely be back.“
“Saucy’s always has the best pizza. I ordered online and was told 30 minutes. It ended up being 45 minutes but I don’t mind waiting for excellent pizza. The additional 15 minute wait was during a peak order time and one of their ovens were down. Still, the manager apologized repeatedly and the entire staff was kind and courteous while other patrons were being very rude to them. Any day of the week, Saucy’s is the BEST pizza, hands down!!!“
