“So Sweet! What a great little treat. While driving around town, I decided to stop and grab a TCBY ice cream. Seeing as TCBY is very rare to find this day and age, I had to try it out for myself and see if the ice cream still lived up to my childhood memories. I ordered a cup of Vanilla ice cream with extra Sprinkles. After tasting the first bite, I was ecstatic! The ice cream was just how I remembered it when I was a kid. While a lot of businesses mix and match their flavors and ingredients, I could still taste the original, rich and smooth flavor that TCBY ice cream is known for. While having to wait just a few minutes in line, the staff quickly greeted me and offered to make me an ice cream. The interior is nice and clean and the staff was pleasant. Overall, I will definitely be back when I'm on this side of town.“
“I can’t believe today was my first time dining at Breadless. This black owned jewel was delicious. Ray’ana was the employee to help me narrow down my options and offered samples of the Agra as well as the Jerk Chicken. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I had the Pastrami Classic with turkey. I was worried that I wouldn’t feel satisfied so I also ordered the house garden salad. The pastrami classic was delicious. The sandwiches are wrapped in various greens. The Reuben sauce was so flavorful. I only had a bit of my salad because I was satisfied with just my sandwich. I tried the Pomegranate with a dash of the cucumber agua. What I enjoyed most about the drink is that it was flavorful but not sweet. This is the type of place I’d come back to and just try a different menu item each time. Most items felt calorie friendly and conscious. Highly recommend visiting BreadlessParking: Parking was plentiful, I can see it being more difficult depending on what’s happening in the city but it was plenty of options in the lot.“
“Excellent beers brewed on site. The saison was particularly delicious. The location is gorgeous with great seating and local art on display. Nice seating outside. Dog friendly inside and out. There are a bunch of board games available and when we went there was a nice food truck.“
“This little restaurant is a welcome addition to the "food mall" along the "greenway" between Jefferson and Larned at Joseph Campus. Empanadas have come to make me think of the Latinx comic/character Baldo, a typical teen when it comes to the ones his tia makes! I really enjoyed the one I had, and I hope the owners of Empacho can capitalize on the comic's popularity without violating copyright.“
“My husband and I tried Papelon Arepa for the first time today and it's going to be hard to stop ourselves from eating here multiple times a week. The gentleman assisting us was so kind and throughly explained the menu options to us, and made great recommendations. The food, omg, the food is out of this world delicious. Everything we tried was superb. This is my new favorite spot in all of Macomb County. Go give them a try, you will not regret it!“
“Very good ice cream and polite service ? Drive through only.Parking: They have a drive through and a window that you walk up to for service. The parking lot is very small so most people go through the drive through or park on the side street or some people park in the school parking lot right next to it.“
“I love me some Country Dairy. Their ice cream is so creamy, delicious and airy?. Country Dairy is easy on your pockets, they give you plenty of ice cream and they are family friendly. I've tried other ice cream shops in St.clair shores and they were "just ok" . However, I need better than, just ok. Country Dairy does that for me.“
“We stopped in on a whim today to pick up some BBQ. I didn’t know what I wanted nor what to order so I got ribs, pulled pork, brisket, potato salad, mac and cheese, and cornbread. It was phenomenal!! My family ate a ton and we still have a ton left. We will be back!!!“
“I got both my children birthday cakes from here and they were fabulous. They were so tasty and they was absolutely beautiful. I spoke with the young lady and told her exactly what my daughter liked and that she was a Swifty she quickly gave me a couple different ideals and my cake look fabulous. My daughter was super excited thank you guys so much I can’t wait until May so I can get my delicious ice cream cake from you guys also, everyone is so sweet and welcome in here. I love this place. ❤️“
“Eastern Market Brewing is a great spot to grab some Detroit themed brews in Eastern Market. There is plenty of seating available, inside and out. Little fire pits to keep you warm on a chilly day. There are to-go options if you are unable to dine in. The employees were friendly & upbeat. Give Eastern Market Brewing a try!“
“We’ve gotten Dooped Donuts twice downtown and once at the Ferndale Project and they are are always amazing! We decided to order two dozen for our baby shower and they did not disappoint. They were a huge hit and nobody could believe they’re vegan. They’re THE best! Our favorite is the cinnamon swirl!“
“Lots of great options and innovative choices except when it comes to reduced sugar. Only my choice: sugar free vanilla. That's honestly better than a lot of places but why not some sugar free or low sugar chocolate sauce?Anyway, their sugared options were great!“
“This was definitely a treat for the family. Services was fantastic and they had plenty of staff making the rounds to ensure guests had what they needed. Not too intrusive though. If you like steak, you want to put Prime & Proper on your bucket list.“
“Cocktail menu is absolutely outstanding, and you can buy everything you need to make them here. Great small grocer selection and awesome local beer selection, great curated selection of liquors and staff Is SUPER helpful and attentive. Great place to start or end a night, and even catch a game.“
“Place is as inviting as the workers! Games to play. Full food menu. Tons of beer options. Call to coordinate a weekend tour. Scott and other employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Rooftop open seasonally. City Pour is a tasty fruit flavored beer!“
“Great experience with venue and staff when hosting my daughter's baby shower. Just added food to family and friends along with a caricature sketch artist for a unique, fun experience for all. Copper Hop offers their own beer brewery selections. The best decision I could have made for this celebration!!“

“Solid place! The food was incredible and the service was above and beyond! The beer and food were top quality and delicious. Charlie, the manager, was welcoming, informative about the beer, food, and his hometown of Detroit! This is a MUST VISIT DESTINATION!!“
“One of the few great places to grab a pint downtown. From the moment you step in you can tell its meant for beer lovers. A huge selection of delicious beers, labeled, explained, and categorized perfectly. Every holiday they always have a great holiday themed brew that I always enjoy. The prices are great for the quality you get from these local brews. They even have a small of assortment of snacks and candy if you need a snack, and also allow food to be ordered. The brewery's commitment to quality is evident in each meticulously crafted beer. The diverse range of styles offered something for every palate. The knowledgeable staff are happy to shared insights and enhance the overall enjoyment of the tasting experience. The ambiance, coupled with the friendly community vibe, made it a perfect spot to unwind and savor exceptional brews. Whether you're a seasoned beer connoisseur or a casual enthusiast, this craft brewery offers a tasteful journey i always enjoy. I look forward to my next visit to explore more of their inventive creations.“
“Came in to sub for a friend for a euchre tournament, the beer was all really tasty, the staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was nice! They have a rotating food truck outside as opposed to their own food and I'm super into that as well. It's a real small, cozy, local place and I'll definitely be back!“
“It was very friendly there. I was with Lonnie Glines Sr, he carved a fish and eagle this year for the chillyfest, he and I were there last year also for the event. I did not come across O'Flaherty's last year. Very enjoyable again this year. Hope to see ya again.“
“We love this place in the summer when the patio area is open. Drinks are always hit or miss, but this time we came and they had the sippin Santa pop up menu which we've had elsewhere and the drinks were fantastic! Bartender told us a lot about the pop up and made great drinks. My husband ordered a whiskey ginger and he used a fresh ginger syrup which took the drink up a notch. Always will be back.“
“This is a beautiful coffee shop in St. Clair Shores. They have ample sitting with traditional tables and chairs, but also booths, counches, and louge chairs. They also have outdoor seating. For a Tuesday afternoon they seemed busy. You could see friends were gathered, people working on their laptops, and young families dining in. We liked the food, but for what you paid for what you got was below par for us. We had two sandwhiches, a soup, and a smoothie for $40 not including tip. We did carry out and still was very hungry afterwards. I also didn't like how they refused to turn one of the sandwiches into a salad. Most places do that, but not here. They do have Udis gluten free bread as an option, but I don't like that brand. FYI Canyon Bakehouse gluten free bread is way better. I was definitely left hunger, but my husband too. His sandwich was so small. We couldn't believe it. The service was okay, but they made us wait a lotng time. A women greated us after she rang up the women in front of us and then ignored us for about 20 minutes. She might of been putting orders together, but didn't say one word to us. Another woman came from the kitchen and walked passed us to not a word as we awkwardly waited. Finally a young guy from the kitchen came out to serve us and take our order. He was nice. But since we were the only people in line, I can't understand why it took so long.“
“I have stopped into JSP many times and have always had a great experience! As a local, they are a go-to for delicious burgers and drink specials. They also have karaoke on Friday nights and fish fry specials including perch and coconut shrimp dinners. I recently ordered a coconut shrimp dinner for carryout and was super impressed! The service is always fast and friendly, even when the place is packed. They are also great for catering!“
“Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Best coffee ever. Great food. Workers are so kind and happy unlike every other food industry worker these days. Coffee is consistently great every time! My fiance and I look forward to this every weekend!“
“Wanted to have a Windsor style pizza (we're from Detroit) before going to the Diana Ross concert. We were a little skeptical when we first arrived (5:00pm) and were the only patrons there. BUT the manager was very welcoming, our server was great and the pizzas were amazing. We ordered 2 Windsor's, 2 Margarites, 1 meat lovers and 1 garlic bread. 6 people devoured all of this ~ they were that good! The beer and wine selection was good too. I'd go back just for that darn delicious garlic bread!!!“
“Stopped by Ashby’s twice during my family’s short stay in Michigan! The first time my husband and I got their strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a cup. Very creamy and delicious! One scoop was enough for us both. The second time my husband and I got their Reese’s parfait which was highly recommended by my brother in laws cousin. It was his go-to at Ashby’s so we told him we wanted to try it as well. Let me say, it has ALOT of peanut butter. We were tasting it for days after! Honestly it was very good but just had a bit much peanut butter, I’d probably order the parfait with maybe some hot fudge swirled in next time to offset the strong peanut flavor.Service is pretty good! The first time we visited it was only us there so the wait wasn’t too long. But the second time was on the weekend and at night so everyone and their mama was there! The line was quite long and the wait was even longer. I could tell other customers were getting frustrated. But we didn’t mind it. We just sat down at the tables they had inside and waited for our order to be ready. Just know there could be a long wait if you go on peak times and days!Other than that I definitely recommend Ashby’s for some delicious ice cream!“
