“The Sentimental Lady is my favorite place to go on the weekend for good food, friendly staff and karaoke. The karaoke host is one of the main reasons my friends and I come weekly and the Girls at the bar work hard as hell. I always feel like a part of the family when I go here.“

“Top notch cute little hole in the wall place. The food was phenomenal after a 3 hour drive. It was exactly what we all needed. Not greasy pizza. Flavorful salads and first rate service from the 2 lovely ladies working that day. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather with our pizza. 10/10 would stop by again!“

“Small town=busy McDonald's. Staff was handling it well. Manager did advise me that I could bring my own sugar free jelly & syrup since they do not offer it. All the staff was friendly & helpful. Big breakfast w/pancakes seems to be the best bang for your buck. You don't have to get sausage. Sub ham or bacon if desired. Even though drive thru was packed we didn't wait that long for our food(dined in).“

“I want to start by saying it's good quality food. The serving size is on the smaller side. The potstickers were a very unique texture (not in a good way). My husband raved about the chicken and waffles but he was still hungry after eating.“

“After visiting Portillo's in Chicago many times I was excited to learn that there is one much closer to us. Finally got to try them yesterday and they did not disappoint! Great food and fast and friendly service! Now only 2 hours away instead of 7. Hope to have many more trips across the border!“

“The salad was fresh and served in a chilled bowl! I tried the ribeye (not the coffee one) and it was good. The garlic knots were on point and best of all was my server, Tyler. He offered kind, attentive service and a smile that made my heart skip a beat! ? Ryan was the manager today and he checked in to make sure all was well. He could also be seen sweeping the floor, which impresses me anytime a manager is willing to do tasks often put off to staff.I am glad I stopped in today and definitely will be back!“

“I just had a steak bomb 6” for the first time and omg was it amazing. I highly recommend this place. I wish I would have gotten the footlong. Next time I’m getting 2 footlongs. “What a gem to find! They have a very loyal fan group and they stay busy! We walked in and totally expected to wait but we got seated right away. Our server-- this darling older women who got us our drinks right away. She was up front and said we picked the busiest time to try them out but that they are worth the wait. I found one of my favorite restaurants having the same conversation (shout out to Darlene at Old School) Good food takes time. We waited. I'm so glad we did. What a great restaurant. Great staff. Even the patrons thats were waiting were all in a good mood. If you are ever having a day, go to Dan's, you'll for sure leave with a smile and a full tummy!“
