“I made an order on doordash for pick up and send someone to pick it up for me. They couldn't make it and I had to get it myself, 2 hours later, 10 minutes before closing. Food is always perfect, staff is always outstanding and the cost for the food is perfect.I had to give the staff this shout today 11.29.23 as the young lady taking orders was more patient than I could be. She was calm and polite with the absolute idiot Karen who had no idea what the hell she was ordering, on the phone in the restaurant arguing with whoever she was ordering for, and being overtly obnoxious.I ordered, because I know how to act in public, and the staff was amazing. “This location is always my go to for a quick bite to eat! Mike and his staff are always on top of their stuff! When I went in yesterday the young woman there, Brooklyn, met me by the slicer to take me order. She is always so kind when I'm there, she treats me like a friend more than a customer which is a nice change of pace compared to some other fast food options. I got the giant #9 on the rosemary parm bread and it was delicious! She took the extra minute to weigh my sub to ensure I was getting my money's worth, which after paying almost $20 for a sanwhich, I appreciated. I was even given a couple coupons for my next visit at the register. I will always recommend this location to friends and family, so much better than the others!“
“The two employees on Sunday the 25th around 3:30pm were so kind and fun to talk to!! They made it such a light atmosphere! They even made sure to disregard veggies that looked not as rip as the rest instead of putting it on my sandwich. And I didn’t have to ask! The veggies are also super fresh either “
“I ordered to-go on the app. When I went in to pick it up, the woman at the counter was facing away from me, so I waited for her to turn around. It seemed like she had a cold - she was sneezing and her nose was running. A man came in behind me and she turned around and served him, then, walked away to the back before I could say anything. Meanwhile the woman making sandwiches completed the one she was working on, called out to her customer, then walked away too. When the first woman finally came back she noticed me as if for the first time, and asked if I was picking up; I said yes and she handed me a bag that'd been sitting there the whole time I'd been there. “Tubby's is #1 for taste & quality of ingredients, in my opinion! I was employed by the company from 1980 thru 85 and let me tell you, the owners of Tubby's are like family. My boss, one of the owners, Mr. Tom Paganes, was a wonderful owner to work for!Mr. Tom Paganes gave me a personal loan to buy a car that I wanted and I did not have established credit to purchase. “Every time I go here for lunch during work, I'm always greeted at the door by staff. They take my order in a timely fashion. They make the food right in front of you so you can see it being cooked. The food always get to you nice and hot and ready to eat. This location is my favorite one and I recommend going there any chance you get.“

“Well let me first start off by saying I have visited other subway locations and by far this is the cleanest establishment I have ever been to. Clean, organized and spotless and all the food and meat in the counter was fresh and looked delicious. There are 2 girls that work there and they are the nicest and sweetest people that I have encountered. The manager Christine one day listened to me vent about another location (23 mile and van dyke, cough cough) that I was having an issue with and she made me feel calm and advised me on what to do and she was an exceptional manager, she was calming me down while staying professional about another franchise location and I appreciated that from her. I am going to drive 4 miles out of my way to give this location my business. I loved the customer care and great service from Deanna and Christine and I hope they are always busy and successful because they have excellent customer service and that’s what people should look for. You give respect and you will get respect in return, so keep what up the wonderful job. You girls rock!!!!“
“The #55 & #56 were absolutely Phenomenal. The staff members were all very friendly and accommodating. I placed part of my order online and it was very easy to navigate through the menu and check out process. I placed the other part of my order in the store so I could use my birthday coupon for a free sub and drink and that process was easy and very quick. I got it to go and made the 5 minute drive home.It was just warm when I got there so I had to pop it into the nuke-o-matic for about 40 seconds to get it to a decent temp. Leave it in the paper & the bread won't dry out.The amount of cheese I found quite light. Wasn't expecting tomato in there either but it worked.I'll be going back to try some other choices and will adjust if needed.Parking: Angle parking around the sides like any fast-food restaurant. “I like this subway because it's in a gas station and they open at 7 am. It's a really nice change for people who are just getting off work and don't want breakfast and it's just cool to be able to get a sandwich fresh in the morning for what ever reason. They are pretty friendly I only have 3 stars because of one person who is there but she doesn't seem to work often but she is just not very friendly besides that it's a gray place“

“I love a good sub from subway but when it's busy some of the workers just throw your sub together with no regard to properly spreading your toppings throughout your sandwich. I understand they are busy and want to get people through the line in a timely manner but if your going to do it wrong then doing it fast doesn't really count for much. Other than that the food is always good and worth the buy“
