The food and drinks were incredible, but I was most impressed with our server, a guy with a black beanie and beard. Our group split our check into 6 different checks and I imagine it was such a pain to organize everything given we all had multiple plates and drinks. Ray’ana was the employee to help me narrow down my options and offered samples of the Agra as well as the Jerk Chicken. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I had the Pastrami Classic with turkey. I was worried that I wouldn’t feel satisfied so I also ordered the house garden salad.The pastrami classic was delicious. The sandwiches are wrapped in various greens. The Reuben sauce was so flavorful. I only had a bit of my salad because I was satisfied with just my sandwich. I tried the Pomegranate with a dash of the cucumber agua. What I enjoyed most about the drink is that it was flavorful but not sweet. This is the type of place I’d come back to and just try a different menu item each time. Most items felt calorie friendly and conscious. My daughter and I each ordered our own meal and the proportions were large enough to bring leftovers home. The flavors are incredible. They are deep and layered, and have the perfect spice.My daughter had the Jungle Mussels. The broth could be a meal on its own with the garlic toast to dip in it. The chicken curry (KHAO SOI ) was also the most flavorful version I’ve had. My only pause was the whole drumstick. I would have preferred smaller pieces in the broth than picking apart the chicken off the bone. The Coconut pan cake appetizer was fun and different. So delicious. My daughter had the non-alcoholic blackberry and cardamom tea. I had the Special Thai tea with rum. Both were delicious and complimented the meal well.My daughter was treated with a desert of coconut ice cream with a crumble topping and sauce. To sum our meal up...as the kids would say...it slapped!! It was so damn good.The shrimp and grits came with two polenta cakes. Then smoothed in a creamy sauce, topped with a pile of shrimp and bacon. You can't go wrong! The shrimp had a Cajun seasoning on them that tasted great with the cream sauce. The grilled toast points was a perfect addition to soak up some of the sauce.I only sampled some of the vegan biscuits and gravy. From what I tasted the gravy was rich and flavorful.
