The service is usually great here. The workers are always kind and welcoming. I can't recall ever having a bad experience here. The guy at the window had many tattoos, even on his face, but I think that's great that they don't judge potential employees for something like that. He seemed like a really nice guy.
The people working at this Arby's are very friendly and haven't had any issue with the service the last 3 times here. The food is always good. Located at a Pilot Truck stop which is a very nice and clean truck stop always very nice stations. Also has a big open dining area with a few tables that have been available each time I've gone in.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily Accessible

We stopped here to get dinner on our way home from a soccer game in Michigan. The person who took our order was nice but it took over 25 minutes for us to get our food. All the while we had to listen to a male employee and his friend or an employee off the clock make disgusting leud comments. Very inappropriate and if we hadn't paid for our food we would've walked out.
