Went in this morning and saw just how much fun four of these employees were having while ROCKING drinks out!! They all seem to work in perfect harmony, and even though it was busy I got my order in a very short time. Bragel was DELICIOUS, and they made my drink to perfection ?? Will DEFINITELY return if this is the atmosphere they uphold!!!!! So fun!!!!!

I love going to Biggby!!! Their coffee is absolutely amazing, way better than Starbucks. The staff is super helpful and always nice. It's expensive but all coffee shops are. If you haven't tried Biggby yet, you are missing out.

Awesome customer service but 2/10 they incorrectly make my drink and I don't believe it's their fault cause it can get noisy. It normally isn't a huge problem for me since it's the drink I want but just either hot or iced when I wanted it frozen. I don't mention anything either so it's not anything big but it's a friendly environment and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to remake your drink if you asked. I just don't.
