“The food was average, bread stick were not hot and they were dry thought the prices were high. Went because we had coupons only to find that the coupons had expired a couple days before and they wouldn't honor them. Had the stuffed shells not enough sauce on them and they were not hot. We were the only customers there and the restaurant seemed unclean over all will not be going back. 25.00 for the amount of food we got seemed high“
“Love the Ultimate Meat Skillet. Great low carb option, a very generous portion of a mixture of ham, sausage and bacon and the hash browns were actually a crispy golden brown, just as I ordered. Will be enjoying the leftovers. The eggs were hard fried, not over easy as requested, but they replaced them quickly with eggs with perfectly runny yolks. Hubby enjoyed his skillet with some sausage gravy, to boot. Excellent Bloody Marys, as well. Bonus, one of our daughters and sons-in-law were there, too, so we watched the Lions together.“
“Our first time trying Greco's. The Pizza and Breadsticks were delicious. My only complaint is I ordered two extra sauces and I ensured she heard me. She even repeated it back to me as well. My husband picked up the order and they told him the extra sauces were in the boxes (also on the reciept). He didn't check and trusted them and they were not. Disappointed as we ran out of sauce for our breadsticks. We will still order again most likely.“
“It's always amazing. I'm just bummed I didn't think to take pics! Next time!I had a Ceasar salad and tomato bisque soup. Both were amazing. My husband had the featured pasta with goat cheese. It was also fantastic!!Someone at the table had the brisket and said it was absolutely fabulous!!I also had an old-fashioned and espresso martini ???“
“Normally I leave pictures, but I forgot tonight, my bad, I still wanted to leave a review because our waitress Cam was amazing, not just pleasant and helpful but a delight! I had steak salad, it's always done the way I like, my hubby had a burger and fries, tasty, and we took a To go for our daughter, classic Italian sub with fries, Cam put it in at the right time so it was nice and hot walked out the door!“
“Grant was phenomenal. My wife was looking forward to the meatballs in the spaghetti. He went out of his way to make sure she could have them as they're having difficulties getting supplies. Made sure for our takeout that there was extra supplies. Very personable. Love Palios! Highly recommend“
“Our family wanted something different tonight - decided on a Chicago pizza- was the BEST pizza we have ever had! Highly recommend it! And plan on having left overs for the next day! Thank you so much for all of your hard work— this over 12 lb pizza is totally worth the wait!!“
“We love Licari's! We went on a Friday night and it was decently busy but we got seated right away in a booth, which is amazing. Licaris has a great list of cocktails and beers (although we had to ask for the beer list). I had their February special, which was a version of their espresso martini called "tainted loved". For food, we had the pesto rosso pasta, and the Michelangelo pizza. Both were very rich, either really unique flavor profiles, which we love. The pesto rosso had a few realllyyy salty bites, which I think was due to the sausage, and it was fine, just a bit surprising! We finished our night with cannolis, of course, because you can't go to Licari's without getting a cannoli! Licari's is a great spot for a low key date night or even a family night out!“
“Very friendly people. Accommodating to personal diet and taste. Quick, well priced.Vegetarian options: Can order pizza without meat.Dietary restrictions: My friend doesn't eat pork, they had other meats available along with cheese.Parking: Shared lot with a grocery store, so plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: No inappropriate decor, well-mannered server.“
“Awesome market! I finally had the chance to visit, and Russo’s was everything I hoped for. I only visited the market and loved the wide selection of pasta, meat, cheese and wine. They make their sausage in-house and source from local farms. The samples were very nice, and so was John!I was happy to taste a few wines and was pleasantly surprised. I liked them all and enjoyed the conversation. I learned about the high-quality ingredients they use for their pastas and the drying process, as well as the different climates their wines come from. The passion the Russo’s have for their market and food/wine is refreshing to see. I love supporting local markets and restaurants, and this is one I will be visiting regularly. They also have frozen pastas and desserts, along with spices and different types of flour. Sauces, canned veggies like tomatoes, olives, garlic, and so much more. Even sparkling water and other Italian drinks. I personally want to try their tiramisu! Can’t wait to go back for more.“
“Walking by and spontaneously decided to get a pizza to take back to the hotel (Tuesday evening 5:30) . The host kindly directly me to the takeout counter. The very friendly young man took my order, everything came out perfectly. I was glad he offered utensils because I forgot to ask. We got the thin crust pepperoni - it was fantastic! Crispy edges, nice cheesy pull, great taste. Very glad we stopped. Great service and food!“
“Have been a loyal customer for thirteen years, much of that time dealing directly with the owner. We order weekly as a rule, and the very few issues that have cropped up over the years have been handled quickly, courteously, and professionally by Johnny or his staff. Their food is always of the highest quality and completely delicious. Thanks so much for the professionalism and care that goes into everything you do.“
“Best grinders hands down in all of everywhere I've every been. I can't say the world because I haven't been everywhere yet. Pool table inside as you wait or a TV to catch The news or whateverService is wonderful. Very clean. Go get some food from here. Only issue...I wish they were closer to Grand Rapids.“
“Another great GR restaurant. We've been in twice now. If you find seats at the bar while waiting for your table expect prompt friendly service. They are definitely on top of things. Table service has been a bit mixed. Sometimes it's great sometimes you wait 15 min for salt and pepper when it's not busy enough to warrant that. On our first visit we had a delightful server, Jordan. She was a great help to me communicating with the kitchen and exploring some dinner options that I could have with my allergies. We started with the Focaccia. For dinner I decided to go with the Rigatoni w/the sauce from the Ravioli as it was allergy friendly. The sauce was nice and not sweet thankfully. I've had this dish a few times and the only thing I can say is that the Pasta is a little too Al Dente even for this Italian girl. My husband went with the Rustica Pizza. He liked it but wasn't blown away. He also ordered the Bolognese on a different night. He thought it was more of a meat sauce than a traditional Bolognese which has less tomato to it. He did enjoy it though. Cocktails and Wine selection are good. Definitely going to keep this in our rotation“
“Today was my first time going. Had a shot and brew with my brother. We both grabbed Italian beefs to go. Delicious, hot and well seasoned. Our bartender I think was the owner was a pretty cool guy laid back and the atmosphere ? super cool. I'm definitely going back and I heard the Chicago dogs are awesome as well. Keep up the good work!!!“
“This place has been here for many years and is like a hidden jem. We sat in the bar area. There is a relaxed atmosphere here. The server, Christine, was quick and friendly. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and I had the Ravioli. Our food was delicious. The portions were nice. Just a note though, the sauce is a little sweet but very good. The prices are reasonable and no extra "fees". We will definitely be back. We want to try the pizza next and maybe a piece of cheesecake!!“
“Our waiter, Duane, was amazing and hilarious!! Food was so delicious and even though the restaurant was busy, they brought our dishes out quickly. I am not a pasta fan so I ordered the 'Chicken Margharita' and loooved it? Breadsticks were hot and fresh!Vegetarian options: You go, Veggie Lovers!“
“I dropped someone off at CSL to donate plasma. Decided to stop here to get something to eat while I waited. Took about 15 minutes for someone to come to my table to greet me. It really wasn't busy at all.The speed for my food wasn't too bad. I received one refill, then I didn't see the server again for an hour. I had to go looking for her to get my bill after waiting an hour and a half after finishing eating. I shouldn't have tipped as much as I did because of that. It's not like they were busy, the servers were talking to someone.Food was good though! Food made up for the terrible service. It wasn't too loud since it wasn't busy. There was about 8 tables with people at them when i visited during the lunch hour. I got there at 11:30 am, finally left at 2 pm after getting the bill.“
“The best place to eat in all of west Michigan! It doesn't matter if you're with a group or solo, they always make you feel welcomed like family! I love every location. Great hospitality and a very welcoming atmosphere. You'll tell everyone how great it is. Not only the food. but the whole experience is fulfilling.“
“We had a larger group of about 20 people that ate dinner before a football game. We had one server that did awesome! She was attentive to what we needed and food came quickly. And surprisingly they did not charge an automatic gratuity for us having a large group. If you're looking for a place to pregame before football definitely check out peppinos...just call ahead let them know and they will set us the room for you!“
“Most reasonably priced and casual restaurant inside of the Amway Grand Plaza. Nice vibes and good food. Bao was decent but the chocolate soufflé was superb! Our server was nothing to rave about (he was bland). They do have rooms downstairs for more private party dining. (May go back to try more items… heard the burger and Pad Thai are yummy.)“
“We had to wait 30 minutes for a server after being seated, but the manager walked by and noticed, and he quickly brought us out drinks & breadsticks. He apologized and even gave us a free dessert. It was crazy busy and he was flying around, but he continued to make sure we were taken care of, even after our server had brought us our meals. I was so impressed?? Beautiful building, and clean, fresh interior...Dietary restrictions: If I'm quite hungry, I order the Chicken Margherita, as I try to stay away from pasta... But mostly I get one of the soups with no dairy or pasta... The salad is so so delish too...“
“I ordered the Pickle Pizza because I had never heard of such a thing and it was incredible! So good - rich and buttery with a bit of sourness from the dill pickles and herbiness from the dill, truly the best ever! Another in my party ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and said it was the best ever. Had another pizza (sausage, pepperoni, mushroom) which was also awesome. Dessert pizza and brownie were huge.Highly recommended. We did order delivery but everything was still warm.“
“The food is great. From pizza to chicken tenders to bruschetta, you can't go wrong! The real draw though is Leilani (sp?). She is FAR & AWAY the best waitress I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Been coming here every Saturday for the past two months and the way she handles groups of 15 with ease is beyond impressive. For example: last weekend I ordered chicken tenders, a bit of ranch spilled over the fries, nothing worthy of a complaint or mention. Nevertheless about 6 minutes later out comes a FREE piping hot basket of golden brown fries. She had the customer service skills and requested the chef whip up a complimentary batch. She is the reason we all come back. Constantly going above and beyond and friendly as can be.“
“Love the food at Vitale's. Met a customer there the other day. We both had sub sandwiches, which were excellent. In the past, I have had their pizza and enjoyed that as well. The service was good, and the food arrived quickly. It's definitely a great place to eat, and a go-to for me when I am in the area!“
“Come for Trivia Night with Connor on Wednesdays and stay for the delicious food (love the Cauliflower Bites!) and great selection of drinks! We got great service from our bartender, Lindsey!!!Vegetarian options: The Calabrian “wings” (with fried cauliflower) are so good!“
“This pizza. Words can not describe the yummy goodness that enters your mouth. The collision of fresh flavors as you begin to consume this goodness. I'm very mad bc I thought I had a picture but must have deleted it. The papa pizza will not disappoint.“
“Love it..very clean place..food was awesome..Employees were great..will be back soon..Thank you allVegetarian options: Just ask..they will be happy to help..they seem very niceKid-friendliness: Kids love pizzaParking: Alot of parking..we didn't have a problem..Wheelchair accessibility: EASY DOORS TO GO INTO..NO STAIRS..BUT GREAT FOOD AND THEY SERVE BEER IF YOU DRINK .“
“The meatballs!! I don't need to say more....but I will. Love this place. Their sauce is amazing, customer service is top tier (Jay rocks), delivery is fast. Definitely my go to for some great eats. Love how the toppings are under the cheese too ? Keep up the great work “
“The food is the top five Italian Restaurants in Grand Rapids.. I believe everything is homemade. This restaurant has all the classics, and then some (they even put a good solid effort into making their salads). The service was outstanding, and the portions were very, very, generous. They even have their own free parking lot (which is extremely rare for downtown Grand Rapids). Kids menu too. The atmosphere could be a little more fun, other than that, I don't know how they could improve (some review said GFS food; no way). I'm going back!Parking: Free parking. Own private lot.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu.“
“Great place great people, everyone is super nice and knows how to treat its customers. Layed back and relaxedParking: Tons of room to park easilyKid-friendliness: Very nice for kids tooWheelchair accessibility: Yes there is a easy to use walkway“
“We were a lively party of eighteen, on a Thursday evening, April 18th, '24.Our server Rosie S. was unrivaled in her duties as server; her poise, professionalism and personality were stellar. And assisting her were several spot on food runners. Kudos to each and everyone. Also, a special shout out to Alecia, the barmaid, who did the pours before we joined the gathering. And though their name now escapes us, the two hostesses were standouts, as well.On behalf of Primetimers GR, we thank you immensely for contributing to our outing's success.Dietary restrictions: Even the most persnickety diners would have no qualms here.Parking: If there's an over flow, park at Meijer nearby“
“This place is seriously amazing!!! The prices are low and the food is so so so good. I’ve ordered the calzone 3 different times and have never been disappointed, the calzone is HUGE with a Parmesan buttery top and filled to the top with fresh meats and veggies. The bacon is so delicious here, I don’t know what it is about it but it’s made perfectly every time. Today, I ordered through Uber Eats and decided to try their sub sandwich and cheesy breadsticks and omg again perfect! On the app it doesn’t have an option for a dipping sauce nor did it say what it came with so to be on the safe side I requested either ranch or pizza sauce and they could charge me if it wasn’t included since it wasn’t in the original description, and I opened the box to find BOTH sauces at no extra charge and holy moly this ranch is to die for. I found my new favorite spot for pizza and saving so much money compared to other pizza places! Go CP pizza you’re the absolute best!!“
“Kayla and Benito at the Alpine Grand Rapids location are AMAZING!! They made sure our family had plenty of breadsticks, as well as phenomenal quality food. This Fazoli's location is the best in Michigan, as they always go above and beyond to ensure guests have a fantastic experience. Thank you, Kayla, Benito and crew!! We WILL be back, many times. Much better than Olive Garden!“
“Have been eating here since it opened and even though the changing times the product is exactly the same. Great pizza, I love to taste and quality of ingredients. Smaller personal sized thin crust pizza so plan accordingly. Love the counter style service quick, easy, and customizableDietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust available. Counter service so you can pick ingredients“
“OMIGOSH. The best pizza and a community favorite. Their garlic bites are a family favorite; covered with Parmesan cheese and garlic butter, they are scrumptious! The pizza is one of our favorites in West Michigan.Owned by a Jenison Alumni makes it even better. Truly a community staple. No place to eat inside Palermo's, but that doesn't even affect the 5-star eating for us.(Seasonally, there is a delicious ice cream shop next door with tables outside (Frosty Treat; another delicious community staple).)“
