I have ordered from them the last three times from a Chinese restaurant because they were the best in my opinion. They delivered every time but yet tonight I'm out of their range? I even spoke with the manager. I believe it's laziness. why else would they turn down a recurring customer?
Worst delivery experience EVER! The delivery driver calls when he arrives at my complex and says he cannot enter a locked door.. so I tell him its not locked come on in but he absolutely refuses so I say "fine I'll bring my injured self down 2 flights of stairs.....which is EXACTLY what I didn't want to contend with 1 hour after being released from the hospital....to get my food.
I get downstairs and he is still in his car... I guess waiting for me to walk to him....but...read full review
