“I was here for breakfast last Friday (November 24th), while the restaurant wasn't super busy, it would have been nice to had more than1 waitress working, but at least she said sorry about the wait. This is a great way to lose customers. And she said she was learning the menu, so she was new. Another woman that was also serving coffee, and helped with bringing our orders. I ordered the 3, which gives you a choice of either 3 hotcakes or french toast. I ordered the hotcakes, which also comes with 2 sausage and 2 bacon.“
“Best Arby's in the area. I live in Hilt and the South Lansing Arby’s is actually quite a bit closer. When I go there I always have to wait twice as long and my food is never exactly right. Worth the extra time and gas to drive to Mason where they are always nice, the order is right and the food is good.“
“Time for an update to my old mixed review. These guys deserve 5 star status from me now. I’ve been going through the drive through for late night tacos a lot lately, much more than ever before, as the food has been great, and the service even better. The night manager (I hadn’t caught her name, but she might remember me as I made sure to let her know) has done an amazing job, I typically come in the last hour of being open, which I know isn’t always ideal but she always has a very positive attitude and always ensures I’m taken care of as a customer. She’s maintained this positivity while training new staff on a busy nights which I know can be stressful. the new employees have been wonderful as well! Thank you mason Taco Bell team!“
“It's a pretty good McDonald's. Nice inside, and out. The food is good, but make sure you always check your food before you swallow or even bite into it. Found this piece of plastic on the first bite of my Sausage Egg McMuffin ? favorite breakfast, not my favorite topping. ? Otherwise, I've never had any problems and I have been here multiple times as I live in town.“
“I came across a Facebook post from a fan sharing that McDonald's had a Detroit ? Lions Bundle pack. As a loyal fan, I had to have it! Not every location had them. I reached out to Lansing Foodies to help me with my pursuit! A couple of calls and two trips later, the Mason McDonald's location pulled through!Ba da da da da! We're loving it!“
“Our son was having a meltdown. We pulled into the parking lot to calm him down, and an employee (wish I got his name) saw him crying, came out, and gave us a toy and a small cup of ice cream. We were super appreciative of his gesture. Thank you!“
“They had a crab cake slider on the online menu but when I got there it wasn't on the menu in the restaurant. I asked about it and they had it. I got it and it was delicious! I don't know why they took it off the menu. Not everyone can make a good crab cake, but they did a very good job ?. Also got the spicy falafel, but was only ok. It's missing something,.. like a pickled something. The chocolate shake was amazing. Took me back to my childhood.Vegetarian options: They have a spicy falafel slider.“
“Hi! I ordered six party pans of differing dishes from Fazolis for my 70th birthday party on March 10. The delivery was on time, well presented, and still hot. The food got rave reviews from the guests (120). I would recommend this option to all who are looking for a large party gathering. Jim was so patient and helpful with helping me choose which dishes, and also assured me that one would be gluten free for several guests. “This place is for sure one of the best fast food chains. Their signature sauce was so good and sweet, their fries were so tasty and the chicken burger eventhough abit small but still so good with fresh ingredients. Definitely I will order again from this place. Next time I will try their nuggets for sure.“
