“Kadai was great. Pretty close to quality of Indian/Pakistani food you might get in the Middle East (although anything on par with place of origin might be unachievable here). Spice profile a bit different, but still good. Server was duly shocked at the suggestion they might do such a thing as add sugar or cream when I requested they omit it, which is a good sign. They let me hang out at a table for my take-away and served me a drink since it was nearly empty and near closing time, which was nice also. I would only suggest perhaps getting a manager involved when you have a condescending Karen taking up 15 minutes with creative forms of attention-seeking behaviors, and nonsensical suggestions as to the only proper way to make naan without really seeming to know what it is. I realize customer satisfaction and time management is a delicate balance, but you can only do so much with calm reasoning.“
