“Was driven to come here by my teen age daughter. On this first visit of mine, I found out why Playa Bowls is popular with young people. The place looks hip, those collectible stickers, and the quality of the fruit/smoothie mix was great. A bit on the expensive side.”

“My guy and I came here for our 6th anniversary dinner. It was recommended to us so we gave it a try. OMG were we impressed!!! The food was delicious and our service was fantastic. Everything we ate we couldn’t stop talking about it. From the shrimp crab cake appetizer to the soups to our entrees. He got the New York strip I got the Alaskan king salmon. There was not much left of the plates afterwards. The atmosphere was really awesome. We were so well taken care of. Our server (Sara or Samantha? I’m terrible with names) but she was so sweet and attentive. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!!! Thanks for a wonderful date night!”

“My daughter-in-law brought me here for my first with my granddaughters. The whipped feta appetizer was great! Addictively salty, sweet, and spicy with the perfect bread on the side. The kids menu ice cream sundae was the perfect finish!”

“Love this place! I found my favorite sushi rolls-Pink Lady rolls. Is great that they use soy paper and the combo with the shrimp, egg, cream cheese, crab meat, crunch and sauce is perfect. Everything is fresh and made quickly when you order.”

“We had our wedding shower at Guernsey Restaurant last weekend & could not have asked for a better experience! We had 35 people and the waitresses were on top of everything the entire time. I’m not sure if this was planned or if she just did it, but one of the waitresses was almost entirely dedicated to me as the bride, making sure I was never without a drink, being there for anything that was needed, they were wonderful! The food was amazing and of course the ice cream is the best around, but the service was what made it truly special!”

“I ordered for the first time Wednesday, 1-10-24, from the new Waterford location. I got the lamb korma, some Naan, raita, and a mango Lassi (carryout). It took me a good twenty minutes to find the place because there was NO signage! My Lassi was warm and the rice was cold. Luckily the lamb was hot enough to warm the rice. I will definitely order again because the food was so good, but seriously, no sign?!”

“Ordered a BFi and a BFi w/cheese and a regular fries. Food was delicious, portions were quite generous and price was reasonable. Definitely enough fries for 2 people to share. Will DEFINITELY go back! Service was friendly & quick!”

“The complex was redoing the sidewalk (concrete) which made it kinda weird. The staff took everything in stride and focused on meeting customers expectations and trying to overcome and adapt! Store was clean even considering the work that was going on outside (not the fault of the Juicery) Jules was amazing and friendly! Arguably one of the best wraps I have ever had! Much better than Panera and at a better price to me! Thank you staff for making a strange experience pleasant! :)”

“Employees at this location are always so welcoming when I come in. The smoothies are always so good and never watered down. I love their food too. This is one of the best cafes I have gone to in Michigan, haven’t found a better one yet!

“Enjoyable experience at Parmenter's Cider Mill. Something for everyone - not in the mood for cider/donuts? There's a hot dog/kielbasa stand on the property as well. Plenty of room for kids to run around and play.

The food itself was good not great. I'm from MI but live out of state now and when I am in MI in the fall a cider mill is a must. A cider mill serving cold donuts was an interesting choice to me. They were good, would have been much better warm. I got a kielbasa dog as well and thought it was good. We are polish so we might be biased here but nothing to write home about, although I wasn't expecting anything exceptional!”

“Art & Jakes is a pretty solid place. The tacos were good and I’m glad that it came with some sides. The rice was pretty good and I enjoyed the corn salad. On the menu it doesn’t say that it comes with either side, so it was a pleasant surprise! The environment is pretty typical sports bar which is cool, however, it does get loud if that impacts you. Overall, good experience though!”

This has been on our go to list for tag-a-brew for a bit and I’m so glad we finally made it out that way and … then again a few days later! You have to check this place out! Also.. “My family has been frequent (too frequent) customer since they opened in 2021. We love their teas and the food they make. Basil popcorn chicken is yummy and juicy. Fried tofu and fried calamari are also our favorite.”

“I love to go to Joe’s for breakfast with some of my friends. We gather once a month to eat there. The place is cozy and the staff a great. I have enjoyed their breakfast special and omelettes. However, the last time we went I wanted to branch out and try something new so I ordered the corned beef hash. I was very disappointed. It was simply their regular hash browns with some chopped corn beef slices on top. I didn’t see onions or green peppers. If they were there, they were small and not visible. It had very little flavor. I would definitely recommend the other dishes I’ve had but not the corned beef hash.”

“This place rocked tonight. Normally I've only come in here for ice cream, a boozy shake or a couple of beers on the go. However we decided to have dinner here tonight and it didn't disappoint, hatch nachos with chorizo definitely hit the spot! The sweet potato fries with the cinnamon dipping sauce was by far the best I've had anywhere else. Kids loved the flight of ice cream and my wife loved the shrimp salad. Since this place has always been a go-to place for a quick stop, we'll definitely be coming back for dinner again soon! Service was very good and friendly. Had a chance to meet the owner and chat a couple of minutes to share my great experience. Cheers!”

“Fan of the food here overall, must shout the gluten free pizza - some of the best ive ever had. Debately better than thier normal - as a recent GF person (sad, i miss bread) im able to compare both. Fair warning - during peak dinner hours the inside can get VERY loud, like ears ringing later loud. wish owners would add some sound baffling. outside seasonal seating is pristine.
