“Second time was just as good as the first. Food preparation is top notch with quality ingredients. Service is fantastic and love the small town upscale cafe atmosphere. Plan to make this a regular yearly anniversary spot. Did make reservations since we have a long drive from another town.“
“I meet my dad here for lunch sometimes - Im in GR and he is in Kazoo. The food is excellent. Simple atmosphere and quick service to get you fed and back to work. I had an olive burger last time with tots. I wish I lived closer as Id like to try it sometime for dinner.“
“My best friend and I met here for dinner the other evening and had a wonderful time. All the food we ordered and shared was delicious. I had the lamb, and it was cooked exactly as asked and the squash seasoned to perfection. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes.“
“Great food amd service.Absolutely hate it on the weekends. So loud you can’t hear yourself think- I think they use the noise to make you want to leave quicker.Defiantly - Saturday is the worst.People are allowed to scream at the tvs like they are 10.“
“Lucas is the all-time best servers at Applebee’s I’ve ever experienced in my entire whole life. Billy is also the best freaking hosted I’ve ever had. Let me talk about how handsome Billy Pipkorn is . I got here and I saw his face and just made me want to spend as much money as I could. There is nothing like a good hostess like Billy. Billy greeted me to show me where to go and pulled and kissed me in the cheek before I ordered my meal. We also came right after becoming the second place winner at the Wayland track invitation. I got a few baddies with a gyatt Snapchat there it was a W day .“
“A rare find: a family-owned and operated cafe that was open through the pandemic and survived. The cafe’s friendly service and laid back atmosphere surely helped. But the food! Proudly scratch made. No food service coleslaw here (or anything else). And that includes their breads. Their English muffins are to die for.“
“Best place around for breakfast in the area! Food is amazing, top quality, and place is super clean. Has the classic hometown diner atmosphere. Judy is very attentive and makes sure everyone has the best experience and quality service. She adores all kids and they will probably leave with a couple quarters. This place must be protected at all cost and deserves all the business it can get as she has supported the local communities for a long time.“
“Love this place! Great breakfast at very reasonable prices, good portions, consistent quality and quantity. Friendly efficient service. Best little restaurant in the area with home cooked food. Open 7 days a week, serving breakfast and lunch. And lunch is good, too.Parking: Parking lot can be rough. Take your time because the food is well with it! Bring your hungry!“
“When I’m not working (I work at a coffee shop), this is the place I go to! They have lots of dairy free options for their drinks, which makes visiting very easy. When I walk in the door, they call me by name and they know I can’t have milk so if I order something with milk, they inform me! The only thing keeping me from 5 stars (I wish I could do 4.5) is I wish there were some dairy free options for food. They do offer gluten free food, which is a plus for me, but with it not being dairy free, I cannot eat them.“
“Friendly service. Large menu. Fair prices. We enjoyed the sizzler steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad and Texas toast. The location is an older strip mall that may cause some people to pass this restaurant up. Look past the exterior, and give the restaurant a try.“
“Delicious food! Butter burgers are fire, juicy and tender. Their cheese curds are tasty. Most of all their frozen custard is beyond a tasty treat! Then to top it off their in house root beer is the best root beer next to Barqs. Stop in there and grab some food.“
“My wife and I took our 7 year olds there on a date nite! They ordered cheese burgers and fries and loved it! We order bacon cheeseburgers and they were very good as well! Service gets a dock in stars because it was a little odd having all the cooks staring at you while you eat. But that aside the atmosphere is fun and very well lit.Kid-friendliness: The kiddos loved sitting at the bar top and spinning in the stools“
“Stop in for a great pizza or some lottery, and perhaps you might be the next lucky customer to purchase a winning Club Keno ticket worth $10,000 like some unknown customer did on February 3, 2020. Perhaps the bartender knows, hope the winner tipped good!“
“Super accommodating. They made a veggie wrap for us even though it wasn't on the menu. The kids loved it.Food was quite good, prices were less than many fast food places, service was great (both very friendly and efficient). Was a bit of a wait as we came in at the end of a rush, but nothing unusual.Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options, but they made their veggie salad into a wrap for my son and he loved it. There are a few other options as well.Parking: On street parking on the main drag or a small side lot.“
“Finally, we tried Cookies Creole N' Soul for the first time earlier today. The food post that popped up on my feed was too enticing to pass up. If your mouth started watering just like mine did, the hype IS true. Ordered the oxtail dinner and fried lobster & shrimp dinner. Food was so delicious and the portion size is like woah! We'll be returning customers. Worth it!“
“Ok, this isn't gorurmet and it isn't a "classy" joint. It's a dive bar in the middle of a small community that has a "reputation"...but as far as dive bars go, it's a good one. The food is good and the drinks are cheap. The service is friendly and nobody seems to care what you look like...as long as you don't come in looking like a hipster or a yuppie I asked for a Michigan made beer and I got looked at like I was from Mars....but they have what you need. You're at a place that has tried to rename itself so it can distance itself from it's questionable past...but all the locals still call it The Orangeville Tavern. There's more than one Confederate flag in the immediate vicinity....we are squarely in the North, so you get what I mean. This isn't a fancy place...not in the slightest, but it's like a step back to a time where you didn't drink something because it was interesting...you drank it because you liked it....and you didn't eat the food because it was "farm to table" or "vegan/gluten free" ...you ate it because it was on the menu and you wanted to eat it. This is not a bar for people that are trying to change the world, this is a bar for people who remember how the world got where it is..this is a bar for people who built America and are still doing the job. This is a bar for "Real Americans"...with dirty cars, worn out work boots, and calloused hands. This bar is the neighborhood living room....and I am looking forward to coming back home in the near future.“
“Not one, single complaint! Everything was absolutely AMAZING! We were sitter right next to the fireplace, they had lighting that added such value to the ambiance, and JACKLYN…idk where they found her but her service was TOP NOTCH!! What an amazing component our date night!!“
“Really good food at very reasonable prices! Clean, cozy and the staff are always prompt and friendly, even when it's busy, which it often is because it's sooo good! They are very accommodating with special requests, and, this is very important, THEY KNOW HOW TO COOK EGGS!!! Their eggs are delicious and are never undercooked and bland like so many other places. They have ample parking and are well worth the wait! Just be aware that on weekends they are only open for breakfast!“
