“Just tried out this place. We were in a large group that ordered several types of chai and different food items, and everything was wow! Hands down, best chai I've had in Michigan. I especially liked the Karak Chai and Amore Chai, but all of the different chai varieties at the table were amazing. My family is South Asian so I grew up as a bit of a chai snob, but this place thoroughly impressed me. Their homemade paratha wraps and sandwiches were super yummy. Seating was ample, both indoors and outdoors, and the whole restaurant had a vibrant and chic vibe. Place was very clean. This is a family owned restaurant and the thing I thought was especially stand-out was that several of the family-members were there even though we went really late on a Sunday. Owners stopped by several times to make sure our group was happy. If your only experience with chai is at Starbucks or Biggby, I really recommend taking in Cups N Chai's extremely welcoming environment with your family or friends while broadening your horizons with one of their wonderful pots of chai.“

“My husband and I went here tonight and got take out. The woman who took our order was kind and helpful. I ordered aloo mutter and paratha. He had mutter paneer. We loved it! I would definitely go back and highly recommend it!“
“Their biryani and grilled items are really yummy. You have to plan ahead with them - sometimes you’ll call for carry out and they’ll say you have to wait a couple hours because they have large catering order(s). Also, I wouldn’t recommend bringing large family groups to dine in, they’re more appropriate for carry out and catering only.“

“The food was good overall, but the biryani was underwhelming. The side dishes like bonda, puff, cut mirchi, samosa chat and tea however were quite enjoyable and they mango lassi was also okish.. They do have Thursday unlimited dosa day too..“

“The best Indian food experience in a fast food restaurant style. Choose from food bowls with the protein and veggies of your choice (or) Choose from the menu. We went for the items in the menu. Food portions were just size and so is the price. We enjoyed every bit of it.“

“Stumbled into this place on accident due to the fact that another restaurant I was interested in on this street was closed permanently. It was easily the best detour I have ever mad hahaha. Seriously some of the best food I have ever had. The Chicken Tikka Malai & the Hariyali Paneer Tikka are superior. My waitress was amazing too. Go eat here!!!“

“This is a no-frills restaurant with semi-adequate customer service, but the food is excellent. Everything was delicious and flavorful with a touch of homemade masala versus the standard restaurant taste. The butter chicken, naan and chicken chargha were really good.“

“Indian flavors on pizza is genius. Not only that, but this is the best overall pizza around. The crust is exactly right. The topping choices are vast. What I love most, though, are the specialty pizzas that have the right combination of toppings. My girlfriend and I are keen on the mango chicken pizza. The sauce is not regular red sauce, it's makhani-sort of like a curry. The pizza is a little more expensive than a big chain joint, but you get a quality pizza like no other. If you love Indian food, Pizzawala's should be a new priority for you. Trust me on this pizza! I always order it for anyone from out of town to try.“

“Happened upon this place because I was in the area looking for a gluten-free meal and I am forever grateful for finding it. Had the goat dum briyani and it was fantastic! And the portions - I got three meals out of it. Planning on taking the family this weekend.“
