“Dawn and all the ladies (Mike too) are truly the kindest people I have ever met. I have lived in Quincy my whole life and this is EXACTLY what this little town needed! Their lattes are so stinkin good and they make the best sweet foam and muffins in the world! We go here at least twice a week!“

“Food, as always, was mediocre but fast. I feel as if someone's getting paid such a substantial amount now to work at McDonald's they should know how to count change back for $20 bill? That almost seems outrageous to me. And it was interesting to find out that you can't use your digital coupons if you receive a deal that they're advertising already. Meaning, if you order your food and the workers put a deal on there for you without you asking you are not allowed to use your codes that you get through the app or your reward? Very strange.“

“My daughter and I had lunch today at Hope Cafe—a very pleasant experience! My Cuban panini and her red pepper Bakewell tart were delicious. I only wish I had tried the desserts! The cafe is clean, bright and attractive. The gifts and resell selections in The Chameleon were attractively displayed and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lovely luncheon! I will definitely return.“

“I know the manager of both coldwater locations personally, he does pretty good keeping staffed and people trained in, occasionally mishaps with the new people, but that is to be expected. Only down side is the location across town doesn't have their indoor area open anymore, we really miss going in to sit down.“
