“My family LOVES this place! They serve Ashby's ice cream here. Sooooo good! If you order a double scoop waffle cone, just be prepared for it to be a triple scoop in reality. The portions are HUGE, and the price is lower than any other ice cream parlor in the city! What else could you ask for? How about locally owned?!“

“Sadly the new Clover brewed ice coffee lacks flavor and depth. In order to get it to old standards I've had to add two shots of espresso. Now my iced coffee is about $7.50. I'll be finishing my sbux card balance and changing where I get my iced coffee. Way too expensive and for less quality.“
“By far the best location. Best staff in the state. I've traveled all over Michigan & none of the locations make my coffee the way this location does. Highly recommend!Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of options if you can not drink milk. They are very cautious of nut allergies, too.Parking: Parking is great but the customers at Friends sometimes take up biggby spots, which is really annoying.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. “I’ve never had a bad drink or pastry from here. I’m always a little iffy about trying coffees, lattes, etc. from different places. But this place hits the nail on the head every time! If there is a drink you want and don’t see it on the menu, just ask. Chances are, they can make it and it will be fantastic!!“
“1st thing this is one of those small buildings that are drive up only. It's really nice. I've been here another time several years ago, and that time was a long line, but it moved fairly quickly, so service is great. This time, no lines waiting but still fast friendly service.Didn't order a bragel this time (their bragels are good no matter which biggby location). Got two coffees mocha caramel iced w/sweet foam and salted caramel frozen with whipped cream (majority of biggby drinks are automatically made with it). Both were good and tasted like what I get from my local biggby as this one was visited on a road trip.“
“I love coffee, but not strong coffee it upsets my stomach. This was my 1st time here- my daughter suggested it cuz I told her I hated Starbucks coffee but I liked the frappe's at McDonald's but I wanted something different but like what I get at McDonald's. The employee was excited to help me since it was my first time. She was patient and made suggestions. I ended up getting a nutty squirrel! It was to die for OMG so Good! I was very happy with my selection. However, I was disappointed with the menu when you drive up. It doesn't have all there drinks that she was naming so I'm sure your not selling properly cuz you're not advertising properly. I will definitely be going a lot more.“
“I love this place! Typically, I use the app to pick up food and coffee on the way to work in the morning. I love the extra efforts the staff put into a putting a smile on my coffee cup each morning and always greeting me ( and others) when you walk in the door. The coffee is outstanding and I can’t go back to other national coffee stores after having Cafe Rica. I have enjoyed breakfast, lunch and snacks and the food is always creative and flavorful ( thank you for having vegetarian options). Unfortunately, I have only had a few opportunities to sit and enjoy my coffee with friends, but I appreciate the atmosphere and staff who are always friendly and welcoming.Vegetarian options: Love the veggie quesadilla…even for breakfast.“
