Man at the drive through window was very nice and efficient, as someone that has worked at an Arby's before they were very good about keeping things quick. Even when I asked for fresh food, it was no hassle and I got my food hot and fresh. As someone that has worked at one before I think I remember that we would turn the friers for the fried food off 30 minutes before close. The employees here are nice; I've always had polite service with quality food. I've been coming to this same one for almost a decade, so I'm assuming a quality manager is in charge.
