“If I could give more than five stars for service, I would. I’m not saying we eat out a lot, but when we get a chance to eat out, we go to Texas roadhouse. We’ve gone to Texas about 3-4 times within the last month. Our waitress tonight was the best. We went for our two year anniversary. Tess almost seemed to read our minds, and was always checking on us (And not in that overly annoying check-in, but at like perfect intervals). Thank you Tess for doing an amazing job! You made our night GREAT.”

“Wow! With Easter coming up, thus is DEFINITELY the BEST pkace to get your Holiday Ham & Holiday Sausages! I'm not big on ham, but the Dearborn ham is the ONLY HAM I will ever eat! Very lean and can definitely taste the high quality product! The sausages are another grest option here! We love the special Holiday Kielbasa! Definitely the best sausages around. For summer we stop here to get the large packs of hot dogs for camping! Nothing that is even close! They also have the large diameter Dinner Frank's! Everytime we make them while camping, ppl always ask where we get then from!”

“The customer service at the cash register is horrible, especially if your asking for assistance because you never been there before. Well it’s been 6 yrs and they have changed a bit. However my son enjoyed it and that’s all that really mattered at the end. But the canton location is better.”

Thanks for the service that your store provides.Wheelchair accessibility: The only thing I would say is that you should have a button for the door to open for those who can't hold the door. Besides that, I can move around in my motorized wheelchair.”

“My family came in unknowingly to a seemingly not busy restaurant. We walked into no line at the greeting counter and was told it was a five minute wait. After getting seated, the manager Mark was our waiter for most of our dining experience. We learned then that the restaurant was extremely understaffed. We ordered fried Buffalo wings, and grilled bbq wings came out. We notified our new waitress that the order was wrong. It was sent back and corrected.We waited a long time for our food.I ordered the 22oz Ribeye med-well. It came out over cooked. My wife ordered the salmon, my mom had the surf, and Turf .Finally, my daughter had the kis mac and cheese. All our stuff was either cold or not cooked to expectations. Our waitress asked if I wanted a new steak. I said no, because it would take an even longer time. She stated that the kitchen was backed up when we initially placed our order, and manager Mark was actually helping cook, and it is not the case now. Shortly, my steak came out to perfection. We explained individually that our food was not good. She walked away to the back. In that time, I noticed a party of eight people pay and leave. The waiter was visible upset. Our waitress finally came back with a discounted bill. I asked her to tell the waiter that had the party of eight to come see me. He came over, and I shook his hand with money in it to cover the party of eight bills. We later learned that they are not to add gratuity to big parties. This location is known for bad tippers. So what incentive is it for waiters and waitresses to come work for peanuts. This location has multiple party rooms, so large groups will come. I believe if the restaurant would start automatic gratuity with larger groups, the turnover rate would drop. Overall, the experience was good because the staff communicated with us the whole time explaining what was going on and why our service was that way.”
