The ladies were unbelievable this visit. I watch them hand a young boy his bag it fell over on the counter and they didn't even offer to refill his cinnamon bites. Then when my children got to. The counter and asked for two pretzel dog minis, one said she ain't rolling anymore the other lady said she had to fill the online orders first. Stopped filled and overfill the one order ( she smashed them down in the container with her tongs and then told us she only got enough for one...read full review
Love this place. Every time I come to the mall I have to grab a pizza pretzel! So delicious! The lines aren’t ever long because they move pretty fast. I was third in line and was out within 3 minutes. I also enjoy the cheese dip you can purchase or get if you buy a combo. Would definitely return again next time!

Got s pretzel. Was ok. Didn't like the fact that I couldn't grab napkins myself. Person on register, after handling all that dirty money, pulls napkins out of container behind the counter. Pretty unsanitary.
