I ordered through DoorDash. Ordered a Victoria's Filet. Medium rare but my steak was medium well with no char marks like it was griddle fried. Dried abs tough. I thought it was a sirloin, not tender at all. Ok next was the salad. I ordered blue cheese and it came with honey mustard. Next the tomato was mushy and pruning. I touched it and it oozed liquid. (I understand shortage of help-but)...Put my online order in at 6:31pm while sitting in the parking lot. Order was to be ready at 6:52pm. I received my order at 7:40pm. Flood of online orders I was told but my order was done and sitting in the back. The young man was doing his best to find my order. He finally gave it to me...cold. I gave this establishment three tries given the owner is a sister but never again. This place is terrible. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Management runs around disoriented while the staff is rude and has no knowledge of anything. The bathroom is a filthy mess. And God forbid if you have to place an online order. Smh. You have to do better sis.
