Two times I’ve ordered from here and two times things have been forgotten yes I ordered from DoorDash but thats no excuse to have missing items and I should be able to complain to the restaurant about missing items. I ordered the French onion soup with the bread box got no bread box no croutons no bread of any kind so I placed a missing item thing through DoorDash and they refunded me a couple dollars so then I tried to order again and again no bread bowl. I was the first dine-in customer in 2 years. First class service from Mel. Come on back folks. It’s clean and it’s good.
Made an order for some soups for pick up. Drove over and received a confirmation that it was ready. Door was locked so I went through the drive through and was told “just so you know we are only doing soups”. Ok that’s fine, I ordered soups online. The he says “All online orders have been canceled”. Tried to call the store to see if my order really was canceled or not only for the line to ring for 5 minutes before the receiver was picked up and slammed down....read full review
