I ordered six cookies and only two of them were the cookies that I ordered. I understand that they might not have the cookie in stock but they should ask if we want a replacement. Not just assume that we want the other cookies because the cookies that I was given I didn’t
The cookies are always delicious, however, it seems like tis not managed well. More than three times I have gone here my order has been incorrect and multiple times cookies are no longer available after I already placed the order online and paid for them. It seems like when ordering online it would be easy for crumbl to track how many cookies they have available of a type, and know when to mark sold out for that type online. I saw the advertisement from a previous late night game show where the contestants were rewarded a gift certificate from Crumbl Cookies and there cookies looked so delicious it made me want to try them out. When I received my order the cookies looked just as they were advertised. One of the ones I ordered was there Carrot Cake , it was a mini Carrot cake enough for 2 people. It was delicious. The others were good also, but the Carrot cake was the best.
