“I just went through the drive thru at McDonald's in St. Clair, MI. A simple order of a McChicken sandwich, a small order of fries and a drink took over 10 minutes. Imagine my surprise when a very nice worker brought me my food where I was parked and waiting, and she apologized for the delay and gave me a card good for a free meal next time. I am shocked, because they didn't have to do that as it was busy, so i understand why there was a delay. Still, that was a very nice gesture. Thank you!“
“I usually stop for Green tea or coffee. I gave four Stars because a few times did not stir the coffee & the sugar was at the bottom. Also summer time - I had to complain to the Manager - to do something about the 15+ bees circulating & buzzing around the coffee shop.“
“I wanted to let management know how great it was to have a friendly face 12/16 after 8pm. I asked the nman’s name and I think he said Osham but not sure. I’m sure you can find this young man and let him know he is appreciated. I work midnight and on my way to work I sometimes stop. Tonight was exceptional service and my latte was amazing. Thank you“
“Smh tbis is gonna be long but it's been a Long time coming honestly....I got a text that said I had some points from the app to use or they expire (again) I mean really, it's a 7 mile walk for us to come to this restaurant and the app never works even after I restart my phone etc. I was in there for almost 2 hours today and the whole time it didn't load not one time. Ive called corporate, I ask for help in-store etc... nothing. No one can or will help you they just shrug and say everyone has that problem" talk about customer service... smh If everyone has that problem chainwide, I'd say it's time to fix the issue and not just keep saying oh well to the people paying hard earned money to come here.I try to screenshot before i leave home so I can try that way and no the numbers expire before I can get there. This has been happening for over 2 or 3 years and no one has fixed this issue. Its sad that a person can't access coupons or rewards or points earned spending our money because the the doesn't let you get sales or use points for delivery. Only if you come to the store. So every time here we come walking and nothing..Alsothe bathroom smells like raw sewage. Looked like drips of blood or something dripped and stained all over the stalls toilets it has been this way the last 3 times I've been in the restaurant..Kid-friendliness: This location has a play place but it isn't very accessible to most children who are actually interested in using it. They took away the good one to add more computer games smh... The shelves that you climb up on to get into the top part of the slide are spread too far apart to be climbed by little kids and too narrow for bigger kids. It's not accessible at all for handicapped kids of any ages.ButIf your kids are between maybe 4 and 7 they should be ok..“

“Awesome restaurant, awesome staff! Manager Lindsay is fabulous! I frequent this restaurant often with a friend for coffee and lunch many a time. As a person with food allergies this restaurant and staff goes beyond expectation to make sure I can eat something so I don’t get sick. They also don’t overcharge me like the Tim Hortons in BG. The staff has excellent customer service skills and they value the customer! I am not made to feel inferior because I have a food allergy. Having to pay more money than the regular customer because you have a food allergy is unethical so thank you to the Indian Rd., Tim Hortons for being so awesome. Will definitely be back. “I got two sandwiches at 9:30 at night and took like 10 minutes but it was worth it because the sandwiches were delicious. So it's a great place to go no matter what time of the day or night you're going to get a good service and even better food“

“Love my local Tim Hortons. They get pretty busy sometimes and do their best to not have wait times be too long. Lots of younger kids working there so sometimes my orders are put together a bit sloppily but they never get it wrong. Would recommend.“
