I was so lucky to come across Phil that works at the Shelby Panera restaurant. I already had a bad day and was just trying to get dinner. I had trouble with my DoorDash order, and I was calling the store to see if I could solve the problem. Phil was the perfect man for the job. He listened to me with his calming voice and corrected my problem. He told me about the Panera app so I won’t run into the same problem next time. Then he even went above and beyond and made my day. Thanks Phil you were a lifesaver!

The drive thru is insane. You will trapped in line and wait 10 minutes minimum because of slow service and lack of organisation.
i come here several times a week, almost always on my way to work. i always order in the app prior to coming & am a member of the sip club (i think it’s great!) the first experience i had here was a little rough because my order wasn’t completed in the app & i didn’t know i could just provide my phone number. when i came inside the person there was very helpful & grabbed my drink for me. aside from that singular experience, every morning i stop by the drive thru i am greeted promptly & politely, & always met w a smiling face at the window. i genuinely enjoy stopping by. every time i come, no matter the weather or time of day this location is BUSY. somehow, the staff have always had a pretty good if not fantastic attitude w me. the hiring manager has done a great job in service selection & training in my opinion. everyone is very friendly.

I normally don’t write bad reviews but this needs to be said… What I assume to be the manager was harassing her own employees. We where waiting for our food, she was standing where costumers grab the food, before she gave us our bag she was holding, she accidentally ripped the bag then thrown it at an employee. A minute later she stated “get your life together” to the same employee, throwing a pice of bread in there direction after,,,, I don’t support workplace harassment and will probably never go back.
