I was so lucky to come across Phil that works at the Shelby Panera restaurant. I already had a bad day and was just trying to get dinner. I had trouble with my DoorDash order, and I was calling the store to see if I could solve the problem. Phil was the perfect man for the job. i come here several times a week, almost always on my way to work. i always order in the app prior to coming & am a member of the sip club (i think it’s great!) the first experience i had here was a little rough because my order wasn’t completed in the app & i didn’t know i could just provide my phone number. when i came inside the person there was very helpful & grabbed my drink for me. aside from that singular experience, every morning i stop by the drive thru i am greeted...read full review
