“I enjoy their iced drinks and the atmosphere for the most part. However, in my experience 7/10 times the staff isn’t always the most friendly or approachable. You feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering based on their expressions and body language, most times they won’t even greet you first. Another time 2 baristas were loudly arguing and it was uncomfortable to witness. I wish it felt more welcoming at times :(“
“The gals this morning were super friendly and the service was quick. I do feel like two people isn't enough to run a busy coffee shop with food and expect them to get things out in a timely manner. Be patient and kind they are trying their best!! ?“

“I came in on my birthday 12/30/23When I came in the store was clean and busting with good morning energy and a group of some regulars chatting away peacefully.Whoever was working the front counter today is the kind of employee you need to keep. She's the kind of employee I wish I had back when I was a restaurant manager for a different chain. While waiting for my order she managed the mobile orders, the front counter, customers in the lobby, and even came to another employee in need who had a dissatisfied customer whom, from over hearing, had waited too long for a bagel breakfast sandwich that was incorrectly made. She did it all.She was mindful to those in the lobby waiting, she was considerate and she was very cordial & polite.I'm sorry I forgot your name, hunBut you either need a raise or to be a manager or something more. You have a lot of potential. Hard work can take you anywhere.“
“Food was great, coffee was amazing. Staff was horrible. There was 3 staff, the one girl seemed new & a bit overwhelmed & the other 2 on the drive thru kept ignoring her when she asked for help.We ended up ordering 4 drinks, 1 sandwhich, 1 donut& we ended up being there for nearly 30min b/c this girl had no help & nobody communicated almsot at all to us. The only spoken words we heard was peope repeatedly asking if we were done ordering yet“

“Had a mobile order and placed another order when I got there. Their honey dip donuts are a "fa sho you right on‼️" But here's something I noticed today. Whenever I get breakfast sandwiches and a woman makes them they be on point, you can taste the care and love. I order 4 sandwiches total today and a guy made them... complete trash. I call up there no one answers the phone. So i learned today to ask if a woman or a man will make my sandwiches.“
“Stopped by this location 04/09 late afternoon for a coffee and donut as a pick me up. The three gals working here were awesome. Being from Central Texas, I was a noob to this establishment. These gals made it really easy to order and went above and beyond with a special request. This was definitely a little bit of home by way of Southern Hospitality. Please thank and praise your team that worked this afternoon, they definitely deserve it.“
“Showed up around some time between 3 and 3:30, at first I was getting pretty upset about how long the line was, and I went through the drive thru and nobody took my order, I went to the first window to complain and I was greeted by a young man named Andy, he told me he didn't really know what was going on up front but that he was trying to grab orders on both lanes since nobody was taking any orders on the inside lane for some reason, he even took my order at the window, cashed me out, and was super amazing and apologetic the entire time, and go figure it was only his 3rd day he said! this would've been a 1 star review if not for him, they should definitely keep their eye on him“
“I found this coffee shop on my last trip out to MI. I have been craving it since. It was my first stop when we landed. The baristas were super nice and helpful. We got our coffee quickly and accurately. My Mocha was so good! (You'd be surprised how many coffee shops mess up such a simple drink) I dont know what it is about Biggby coffee, but it is so good! I wish Biggby was as big as starbucks is everywhere. It isn't fair that only MI has them. Keep making amazing coffee! Thank you all for the happiness in my cup in the mornings! I can't wait til our next trip out so I can get my fix!“
