“DISCLAIMER: I WILL L LEAVE OUT MY OPINION ABOUT THE FOOD BECAUSE WHEN I ATE THERE, I WAS COMING DOWN WITH A SINUS INFECTION. THAT CAN ALTER HOW THINGS TASTE.Coney with a small town diner feel. This is one of those places where you just know most of their daily business is from the community, and the staff probably knows most of the customers names.My waitress was named Julia and she was both witty and pleasant. The service was extremely quick and cashing out was a breeze.I must go back and visit again in a few weeks. I will update this soon.“

“Super fun place! The restaurant is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lots of parking in the lot. The fancy toast (I got the night cap) was so tasty! Also tried The Kekoa (coffee) and it was great. My friend and I played a game of jeopardy (they have a couple shelves of books and games to use) and chatted for a bit. I'll go back for sure.Parking: Lots of spaces near the door.Kid-friendliness: Games, high chairs, and a bathroom available.“

“Excellent coffee, I always go for the Mufawaar. Very nice little place to sit in, I end up doing homework there for an hour or two on the weekends a lot, and I’m definitely not the only person. Staff is very nice and enthusiastic about their products, the pastries and baked goods are all very good.“

I ordered the Frozen Fruit Tea consisting of Pineapple & Strawberry with mango popping boba, and it was one the best drinks I’ve ever had.The staff was absolutely friendly and amazingly helpful. “First time having a Bearclaw Coffee , was recommended by a friend took a little detour out of my morning route was greeted by friendly staff gave a basic asking of what I wanted.... Even though the cup looks plain the flavor of this coffee was excellent I definitely will be “

“The BEST donuts I've ever had. Not just in the downriver area but EVERYONE! Make sure you come early because the donuts are always fresh! The service is quick. Like every other donut shop it's on the small side but don't make that stop you from dropping in.“

“A mandatory stop anytime, I'm in the area, Belicoso Costa Cafe Martini and Cigar lounge is the spot! They had some rarities when I was in so I stocked up, and it's always such a lovely environment. You'll have to travel a long way to find a lounge as Nice as this one From Padrone to My father's- selections from Drew estates to Camanco and so, so, so so much more. Stop in today, you won't be disappointed!“

“Absolutely the best coffee in Flat Rock, MI - if not the best coffee in all of South East Michigan. Diane runs this store with love into every single drop that you could possibly order, and her baristas prove that she is an awesome person to work for as even when is not there, the service stays as 11/10 top notch. I cannot thank her enough for all she does for the community of my hometown, and how much light she shines for this area. If you are going to get a cup of coffee, you know you are, we all do every single day, you need to get over to this Biggby Location on Telegraph in Flat Rock. I absolutely love the Black Bear, and if I'm looking for something less "fruity" I will do the Snickerdoodle. Typically I get hot coffee but the cold coffees on a hot day hit the spot too. “Best chai around! The owner is very friendly and upbeat. Cute place to meet up with a friend, get a little work done, just relax and enjoy your coffee, or take your doggy for a treat. I am told they also have live music on occasion.Parking: Parking lot close by on Oak St. as well. Pretty sure it is free too.“

“I found this coffee shop on my last trip out to MI. I have been craving it since. It was my first stop when we landed. The baristas were super nice and helpful. We got our coffee quickly and accurately. My Mocha was so good! (You'd be surprised how many coffee shops mess up such a simple drink) I dont know what it is about Biggby coffee, but it is so good! I wish Biggby was as big as starbucks is everywhere. It isn't fair that only MI has them. Keep making amazing coffee! Thank you all for the happiness in my cup in the mornings! I can't wait til our next trip out so I can get my fix!“

“I've come here several times with my family and it's been a great experience every time! Both of my boys (3 and 5) can be very impatient and rambunctious but the friendly staff didn't seem to mind at all.There can be a bit of a wait in line during the summer when it's busy, but the staff really tries their best to give great service!“

“Cute location area you can come into while.watching the traffic if you wish to.The staff here was very accommodating when I wished to have my ice coffee medium cream and sugar. At first I got the creams and sugar in the raw in a container. I never had them handed to me as usually Dunkin or Tim Hortons just makes it and I usually tell them I want medium of each or else it might be too sweet. I guess I assumed Biggby would be like them in that regard but they're a bit better I found. In order I rate,.Biggby #1, Tim's #2, DD dead last.“

“I enjoy their iced drinks and the atmosphere for the most part. However, in my experience 7/10 times the staff isn’t always the most friendly or approachable. You feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering based on their expressions and body language, most times they won’t even greet you first. Another time 2 baristas were loudly arguing and it was uncomfortable to witness. I wish it felt more welcoming at times :(“

“Just left from getting a Tubbys and some treats. I went inside and the two young gentleman working provided great customer service to me. They made sure I got everything I needed and was satisfied. My food was also made quickly and is tasty.“

“It's a nice coffee shop with a bakery. They also serve breakfast sandwhiches and wraps. Despite being very busy, I got my order in less than 10 min. I ordered the mocha latte. Maybe that was a wrong choice. It had no flavor. It tasted like regular coffee out of a pot with milk in it. My husband's cookies n cream iced capp was good. The strawberry Pomegranate refresher was not bad, slightly watered down tasting. The sandwhiches were hot and fresh. The sausage on the sandwiches appeared a little less cooked than i would prefer. The donuts were very good. The restaurant is very clean. I loved the area near the fireplace you can sit. It makes a nice ambient area to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends.“

“Thank you to the Ojibway Parkway Tim Hortons. This past 13 months has been a daily challenge for many essential drivers trying to find a place to grab a quick coffee/bite to eat and use a restroom. Located in a busy industrial area and truck corridor it’s a preferred choice for many...This morning 04/30/2021 a driver trying unsuccessfully to open the door bf reading your sign. As he went to walk away the door was opened for him and he was welcomed in. Your location is known for amazing staff and a great Manager. “The line may be wrapped around the building but it moves extremely quick. I go just about every morning and I never have an issue with my coffee. I wish I knew the girls name at the window.. but she’s got great customer service and never fails to make my morning!“

“I was here on Thanksgiving Dad 2023 & the people running the store were very focused & very busy!! They still kept customer service at the forefront and were as positive & happy as possible. They were the only people opened (thankfully) in the area that my boyfriend & I saw. I hope that they are traditionally as busy as they were on this day every day & that this place wasn't busy by fluke.“
