However, I've been coming here for about 2 yrs now and NOT ONCE did I have anything to complain about except for the fact that they're not open 24/7 lol! The best sushi & sashimi in the country! It's always so fresh and the presentation is beautiful! Their meso & clear soup is superb and their housemade salad dressing is delicious! The hibachi is delicious & very entertaining and interactive. The atmosphere is always great. The service is wonderful and hospitable. The General Manager is exceptional and he has built an exceptional team. I won't go anywhere else when I'm craving Japanese cuisine!”

Not only did we enjoy a fantastic meal in-house, but we also took home plenty of delicious food to savor later. “Chicken Bella and The Proper burger were both amazing. The Ahi Tuna is NOT worth $22, seeing as it's mainly just a cabbage salad, with like 7 pieces of tuna. Although, the dressing on it was great. Margaritas were okay. The host that took our drink order was very blah, wouldn't look at us, smile, asked drinks and walked away. We weren't sure if she was our waitress or not, she set waters down and just walked away, would have been nice to be told that she wasn't our server so we weren't confused. But also, not a huge deal. Server was awesome, super friendly, and quick with service but patient when we asked if we could take our time. They stayed on top of pre-bussing the table, which is always appreciated. Definitely will be back!”

I was a little overwhelmed when I looked at the menu but they had great service and explained what the menu options were allowing me to make the right choices.

I ordered the Pad Thai with beef and Drunken Noodles with chicken shawarma. They stir fried the veggies for the drunken noodles fresh (they have an open kitchen). The food came out hot and steaming. The drunken noodles were super flavorful with Lebanese spiced chicken, bell pepper veggies, and included a delicious broth. The Pad Thai was tasty too and I was positively surprised how the middle eastern spiced beef paired so well with the noodles.

The restaurant had a cute diner vibe with a unique combo of wall decor to reflect the fusion it was serving. Will have to pho next time! Looked enticing but will have to come back for it.”

“Coach's is a standard neighborhood ice cream place. The ice cream is good which in the end is what counts. There is a decent selection. It's located in the middle of a strip mall as opposed to being it's own separate building and the parking lot is just feet from the building so space can be a little tight there sometimes. You used to be able to go in the store but they have closed the inside so now you can only order from the outside window. There are only a few places to sit, just a couple of benches across the parking lot, so plan on sitting in your car or standing to eat. Prices are on par with any ice cream place in the area. They do have hand dipped ice cream as well as soft serve so that is a plus.”

“I go to various Starbucks in the area and up North but the kind and friendly gang at the Starbucks at Kroger on 18 Mile and Dequindre are tops in customer service. Every time I’m there I (and all other customers) are greeted with a smile. They work well together and their camaraderie level is always high. I have witnessed a few times where there is complaining customers, and the Starbucks employees handle up with class trying to resolve whatever the issue is. Most complex I have witness were customer errors and not employee errors, and they still handle all situations very well.”

“Just left Don Patron. Beautiful new restaurant. Service was friendly and quick. They bring chips and salsa to enjoy when you arrive. Salsa was yummy! Mild and not too hot for me! I had the #11 and a frozen Margarita. Omg! The Margarita was the best I have ever had. Came in a thick, frozen glass, salted rim and had colorful fruit on the rim with a thick straw. Taste excellent! The meal was plentiful and taste excellent.”
