“The place is nice and comfortable. The wait staff were super friendly. My waitress came to the table a few times and check on us prior to putting in our order and only once after we received the food. I couldn’t find her to get a refill on water the entire 2 hours I was there. That was disappointing.The food was good. Nothing amazing, but solid breakfast food. The menu had a lot of options which I liked and I would go back to check out other menu items.“

“Bad Brad’s is amazing! I’m shocked by how clean it is. The chicken tacos were incredible. The homemade chips were delicious. And the homemade desert was wonderful. The manager came to check in and ask how everything was. Our server Hannah was super friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find a good a restaurant that’s clean, friendly, yummy, and priced fair. Bad Brads hit the mark. Bravo!“

“I hadn’t been here before but a friend started working there so I went to visit her! So dawn was our server:) and she was amazing even though I knew she was already! The place is super nice and everyone was super friendly! Everyone stopped to say hi to my 6 year old which I thought was nice, and the manager was super nice as well and checked in with us! The food was AMAZING, I got the chicken lemonado and the village salad and it was sooo good. My husband got the “opa” burger and loved it! My daughter loved her chicken and fries as well lol but I highly recommend to anyone wanting to check it out!!“

“Perfect dinner at Hazel's. Ate at the bar, where Heather is a wonderful and engaging bartender-server! Cocktail was well-made, the Rockfish was perfect, the potatoes were amazing! Service was top notch. Couldn't have been happier to choose this spot for a late dinner!!“

“Service is always good. I've had a lot of seafood places and have also worked in some as well. The seafood here is really good with its flavors. Surprisingly enough, I really enjoy their wings the most. It's a nice restaurant that I wouldn't expect to see in a place like Michigan, but I'd consider it a hidden gem. “Great burgers, favorite is the gourmet burger with goat cheese. Have heard good things about all their other food as well. There is usually a wait for food (sometimes over an hour) but the waitresses will let you know. Very small inside , they have tables and a bar area. Highly recommend!“

“Griffin Claw is hands down our favorite place to grab a beer and some food. We've been going regularly (probably too regularly) for years now and it's never disappointed. The atmosphere is great, it's always bustling, the staff is great, and the food and drinks are top notch.Kid-friendliness: Griffin Claw is a great option for children. If you show up for dinner any time between 4 and 6 PM, the restaurant will be full of kids in high chairs.“

“100% recommend. My favorite thing in the menu? The chicken tenders. Could eat bowls of them with ranch. The salads, pizza, beer, and appetizers were good as well. We've been here a few times and still like going back. Servers are always nice, and the big space makes it nice so it's not a small loud bar. Becoming a bi-weekly tradition in our house.“

“The food was delicious! We had club sandwiches, a portabella wrap, and an appetizer of rueben egg rolls. However, service left A LOT to be desired. There were no drink refills offered (nor did she come to the table for anything but boxes and the bill), and we were served some strange tasting Mt. Dew that she already knew was tasting weird, yet she served it anyway without a heads up (which would have been nice). After I made her aware, I didn't see her again. My aunt had to go up to the bar and request a drink change, as she didn't come back to the table after I told her my drink tasted strange. The demeanor of the hostess was off as well. Overall, the food was great, but service staff communication, attention, and attitude could improve.“

“Love this restaurant the food is amazing!! My new favorite Mexican restaurant for sure. I haven't dined in yet, but I will. Funny thing, I have lived in White Lake for almost 25 years now. I don't know how long it has been there but I just found it!! I have been to the Hungry Howies 50 times and I still didn't know it was there!! I think if they had a bigger sign out there, they would be packed all the time because their food is amazing.“

“The fish & chips is excellent. Possibly the best I've ever had. The blackened Mango Mahi is also very good. I haven't had anything else but I'd bet you probably couldn't get a bad meal at this place. The only thing I don't like is the inside dining room is small and usually VERY noisy. The dining room under the tent is always chilly in the fall and winter. Every server is always attentive, professional, and hospitable.“

“Stopped by to grab dinner here a couple nights ago after hearing good things about it from friends, they lived up to the expectations I had. The food was delicious , menu had many different options to pick from, I recommend the Korean ribs and the b1 smash drink. The service was amazing, super friendly and attentive. “Excellent bar and Grill! Many of us go here after rollerskating at the nearby Rolladium roller rink. They serve food late, which is great because we’re hungry when we arrive! Their sandwiches and hamburgers are a wonderful as well as their nachos. We will continue to come for grub after Skating !!!“

“My wife and I enjoyed the ambiance of the downtown Auburn Hills area, lots of people around. I appreciate they have a patio here, but we opted to sit inside to avoid the heat on the evening we went.I love the concept- wines from wineries around Michigan that usually we wouldn't even know about. Maybe they're way up north or wherever, but this place brings it right to the neighborhoods of Metro Detroit so you can try a few to see what you like.The flights were bit pricey, 3 of $16, but the pours were generous. I actually would've preferred half-pours if I could've tried three more instead for that price.I didn't find anything I couldn't live without, but my wife and I each ordered 3 different wines in our flights, so we could actually both try 6. Therefore, we went with 6 dry reds, because that's what she drinks. I liked a few of them.I'd definitely return to try some more. A good date night. This is the second location we've tried, Shelby Township being the other.“

“The food was great and Paris, our server, was great. She was very responsive and definitely had such a happy personality. We had 6 of us and everyone said it was fun. The only reason it is a 4 star is because it feels a little mixed on atmosphere. The music is trying to be trendy but just seems a bit off with the look of the restaurant. Not terrible in any way just a bit different. It was interesting to see the waves of patrons... when we got there at 7 it was nearly full but by 8:15 it was nearly empty and then by time we left at 9 it was packed again. Overall, definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Think it has a good vibe and the food (spicy rigatoni, burger and salmon) was perfectly prepared.“

“I went to this hidden gem in Farmington Hills for a work event and was impressed with the food and setting. The restaurant itself is set on the actual course with indoor and outdoor seating with great views of the course. The food was also great. We had both American and Greek appetizers, sandwiches, and entrees and everything was super good. This is a great place to go with your family or friends, a secret that is soon to get out!“

“The Lakes catered a bridal shower for us today. The food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed it. We had the Michigan Salad, Firecracker Pasta w/Chicken and Salmon w/Citrus Cream Sauce. “10/10 restaurant! TLDR: Big portions, request Scott as your server, and have the burger!Our server tonight (Scott) was amazing. My mom and I had come in a few weeks ago and our server (a girl with a braid, we saw her again tonight) was OK but not the best. She seemed uninterested in us/our experience, beverages took a long time to come out (even waters), and we felt ignored throughout the meal. We didn’t need much so this was OK, but it did stick out to us. However, the food was obviously so good that we were drawn back in. We returned tonight and had the best time! The food might’ve even been better than last time (which is a high bar to reach), and our server was quick with beverages, knowledgeable about the menu, and seemed willing to go the extra step for us to be happy. He talked my mom into having a dessert (which was huge but very delicious, we ended up splitting it!). I haven’t seen her so happy from a meal in a long time. We absolutely will be returning with no hesitations and we will request Scott if he’s working and has room for us! P.S. The host is also very accommodating, we have bad backs so the booths don’t work well for us and she happily placed us at a table with no issues.“

“I am a foodie but sometimes I like the basics- This was the BEST BURGER I have ever had. The bun , crispy on the outside yet buttery and soft inside. Aioli / seasoning topped on a med well done beef patty ( probably house made) and creamy cheese. If I could have one burger - from anywhere in the world this would be it.“

“This is a bar and grill with great atmosphere and even better food. It gives off dive bar vibes and obviously has its regulars. The food though I have been twice with groups of 4 all getting different items and everyone raves about their choice. “Seems like we always make our way to Clarkston and the Union every trip to Detroit even though it's gotta be 30/40 minutes out of the city.We flew into Detroit for a family visit last week and went to The Union on our way to family house. The food is always lights out and that day was no different! Chicken noodle soup was outrageous. Of course we got the famous Mac n Cheese, two orders actually as one was for us and. The other to take along to the house and share. The surprise winner though was the homemade meatloaf! “I have been here twice now and the food is wonderful. Both times I got enchiladas. They fill the plate with everything you would want from beans to guacamole. Tastes incredible. Good menu for my sister who likes seafood more than anything else she gets shrimp tacos and said they were delicious. Staff is friendly and I like the dimly-lit atmosphere....nice and cozy not blaring and uncomfortable.“

“Burger was honestly pretty good, I did not have high expectations, and it was pretty darn good. Staff is really approachable and friendly. Live music the night I went, and they were really great! Other patrons really seemed to enjoy the music as well.The only reasons I didn't give five stars all around was that it was weird sitting at a table right next to the men's bathroom and trying to eat, and the chairs are in a need of a change. Spring was coming out of one that would hit the floor. These still wouldn't stop me from coming back, but I would pick another table in the future.“

“This has been my primary go-to for approaching 11yrs . The atmosphere is the perfect “everyone knows your name”, also I must say if you fancy bar style food , this is the place to go. They are known for their burgers and Ruben’s , DJ on the weekends and all other days is your average come on in and have a seat!“

“I have lived in Waterford for many years and never heard of this place until last week. I was told that they have the best hamburgers anywhere, I agree. In the staff was fantastic given the crowd. Definitely kind of put this on a habitual visit list.“
