“Been going here with my family for years, always such an amazing atmosphere and amazing food that comes to the table so fast. The food is a whole other world of amazing, the Breakfast Nachos were so unexpectedly delicious and was a great way to start the morning. The location is also so beautiful by the water.“

“This place was awesome! The lady running things today was great. It looked like only 2 people working, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. So the one running the counter was over seeing are throwing, bowling, and waiting tables and I thought she did a great job. We had some really good food we threw some axes and we took some food to go. We will definitely be back!“

“Me and my wife went last night to watch the Detroit lions get their first playoff win in over 30 yrs. I'm from down state but the bar was cool. Matt the server was on top of getting drinks change for the pool table and overall was a pleasant dude. We had a good time and look forward to trying some food. I hear its pretty good. Worst thing is the bar closes at 9pm. But good times were had“

“My wife and I went to Northwoods Steakhouse for Valentine’s. We both ordered steak and it was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection (medium) and very tender. The Valentine’s drink special ( strawberry crème martini) was excellent as was the glass of red wine. Our waiter was very attentive and answered all the questions we had. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great meal for a fair price.“

“Went for a dinner on a Tuesday night, place wasn't too crowded, and our server was professional and fast. the atmosphere/ vibe in the restaurant was a bit weird, but I'd imagine it'd be a lot nicer in the summertime. The cod sandwich was excellent, and the house-made saratoga-style chips were great too. The sweet potato fries weren't great, somewhat underdone, but they had a wide variety of menu items at decent prices.“
