“Food was so good. I got frozen side dishes for thanksgiving and slices of Turkey. Even though I had to wait a little while for them to get the side dishes it was worth the wait. I did preorder so I got to skip the huge line at least. But the taste was way better than I expected.”

Place was virtually empty at about 5pm on a Tuesday.
Great staff, all 2 both of them.
Perfectly cooked steak. Good portion size for the price which was not bad at all. Prices about on par with say Outback or Applebee's.

Chad and Chuck were helpful explaining how they make their sandwiches. Homemade garlic sauce was amazing. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.”

I played in the empty stage area on the other side of the bar area.... Has it changed in 60 years? “Great atmosphere! Honestly the best blackened walleye I've ever had. It was busy and everyone was having a good time. Loud but it was a very lively crowd. I got there just before karaoke, some dude went up there and sang his heart out to a Katy Perry song and at first I was like 👎.. but seriously dude was out of key and still rocked the entire crowd. I've never laughed so hard in life. It wasn't cringe at all.. it was freaking amazing. Food and drink was A1 got voodoo ranger on tap and was pleased it was still fresh. The blackened walleye was not fishy at all. Perfectly seasoned. Perfectly cooked. Im pretty sure I was sitting at the bar while the DJ was eating ny strip next to me. It smelled good enough to go back and order ny strip next time. If I wasn't married, I'd definitely shoot my shot on what was on the menu. Ratio was 30% sausage 45% clam 25% couples. Prices were great and bar tenders were eye candy, but were not obnoxiously vying for tips. Pretty sure I tipped $10 on $30. Everything was great! will probably bring my wife here for a excellent dinner and a few drinks. 100% will get road head on the way home!”

Must have been made by 2 different people. I would have sworn they came from 2 different places. One was pretty good, crust was well formed and toppings fresh and evenly distributed.

The other may as well been a Rotten and Ready. Sparse toppings, flat crust like a frozen pizza and virtually no sauce.”

“Do not let the looks of this establishment fool you. The food is incredible. The inside looks like a restaurant but im unsure if they seat anyone. All the lights were off in the dining area and one section was full of boxes. The gentleman working the front desk / phones was very nice and helpful. I got the almond chicken dinner and was it packed with flavor! They also give you a huge portion of fried rice and chicken...enough to feed 2 people. I highly recommend checking out this spot if you are in the area...this might be my new go to Chinese spot.”

“My wife and I ordered the “Fish & Chips” When I tell you we have found our new spot for Fish in Taylor “We found our new spot” The fish was fresh & flakey, batter was light and crunchy, the tartar sauce had a good amount of relish in it. Not all mayo! Our dinner also came with soup, (3 to choose from) chicken noodle, lemon rice, and clam chowder. We chose clam chowder, very flavorful & packed with clams. This spot is right down the street from my grandkids house. I have been there many times with them but I did not put two & two together when we ordered our carry out. (Door Dash) Now that we know, you can count on us being repeat offenders. Thanks for the great meal we will still be in with the grands for Sunday breakfast lol. 5+++”

“Al n wife Dona in the house today, got Marc on the flattop. New menu looks fantastic, prices went up a little. The cost of Eggs Bread and Meats have tripled in price, so they have to survive. Still lowest prices Downriver just stop complaining, if you shop at a grocery store you might know this. Had fantastic Greek Chicken Feta Fries, Chili Special and Gyro with Salad. Fast friendly delicious food 😋 always for many decades. Hot New Greek Breakfast plate 😋 WOWED Thanks Al for this fantastic creation. Gyro Meat, Eggs topped with Feta Cheese 😋, Greens topped with Feta Cheese n Warm Pita Bread a instant addiction. Totally Wowed going back for another soon 😀. She had a Double Kielbasa Breakfast plate and Delicious Beef Barley Soup cooked low n slow for about three hours for maximum flavor OMG. Two of the very best cooks Downriver Al & Mark so friendly to all the customers. “White Castle is a fan favorite!! The food is great the service is also decent although sometimes they get a little confused during high volume times. Even still, they're always eager to make it right and provide you with the best experience possible. The prices are pretty good for the amount of food you get and the food seems to be made to order so it's always fresh. Overall, great location and great experience dining here.”

“I've been eating at various Qdobas regularly since 2016...but i usually chow up in Troy since I live close to there. However I had business to do down here so I thought I'd try this one out. No offense to Troy or any other location, but I absolutely fell in LOVE with this place...including Ariona! I mostly order odd combinations but she listened and got me EXACTLY what I wanted without repeating myself, is fast, has a tremendous demeanor, is very friendly but not overdoing it (which tells me its genuine) and not that yall care but she's beautiful as well Haha. Also Kyla on the register was great as well. I tried not to beg Ariona for the rest of my visit to come work at the Troy location the whole time since this is so far away Haha. Food is fresh and the place is clean (unlike most others). And, I was there about 3 hours (waiting to do what I had to do close by) and everyone waa still laughing and pleasant when I left at 9! I didn't wanna leave! I'll definitely be back! A thousand stars!”

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken (KKC) is an upstart Liquor Store/Gas Station chicken restaurant. I had 2 pieces of fish and two thighs with 3 Jalapeño peppers. Delicious. This store sprinkles a lemon-pepper seasoning on the chicken as a topping. Filled my hunger and satisfied my capsaicin addiction. Chicken was hot, flavorful, and juicy. I've been to other KKC stores that haven't been as good with quality (possibly because of the time of day), but these guys had it right. Juicy flavorful meat, crunchy skin, and not bad for the price. 2 pieces of fish, 2 thighs, and 3 Jalapeño peppers for $13.60. Will go again.”

“I got there every Sunday and Wednesday for a Baconzilla sandwich Everytime. and Everytime, the employees take my order with a smile on their face, a couple of them even know my face and know what I want and have it ready for me as soon as I order. I have even had one employee track me down at my place of work because they messed up my order and gave me a free second sandwich, and another employee was incredibly kind and had a lot in common with my interests and we spoke and they gave me an extra fry. while the appearance of the store may seem shady, the employees are always part of the reason why I go back and why I enjoy my single sandwich.”

Atmosphere? If they could mop the floor with something other than Coca-Cola that would be awesome! Actually I think they use too much product to water when mopping the floor. Every time I go in there my feet stick to the floor and then my shoes stick to everything until I can get outside and wipe them on the grass.
Husband and I ordered the beef and cheddar. Both had more cheese than what was needed for 2 sandwiches let alone one. And while this might sound good, it's actually way too much and makes for a very sloppy sandwich. And I'm actually not sure why I ordered that because I hate the bun. Those onions are gross on that bun. I used to order it on a regular bun but at some point I was told that's not allowed so I never tried again but then the guy behind us ordered a sandwich on a different bun so I'll be doing that again from now on. And I had a togo order after we ate and I ordered it as a large combo but for some reason the guy rang it up as a medium but I didn't realize it until after I paid for it and he gave me the medium cup. I miss the old experience at Arby's before they took away the bell...and what happened to that?”

“Willie was our delivery driver. We ordered grinders but our pizza got lost in translation. So Willie went back to pick it up and made it back to our house in record time. And also came back with something extra for us as an apology. The food was amazing, as always. But Willie was the star of this meal as he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and then some.”
