I sat at the bar, and Mindy, the bartender, took care of me. She was most pleasant and cheerful, and though she was busy, she made everyone including me feel like they were the only customer she had. I ended up staying longer than I had planned, this is by far the best experience I've had at Applebee's, thanks to Mindy who turned my less than stellar day 180° and ended it way better than it started. Thank you Mindy.”

“My sister and I had a 5pm reservation but the people at our table were taking quite a while to leave. The Manager and Madison our waitress were so very kind. They had us sit at the juice bar and enjoy a free drink and appetizer while we waited. Madison took great care of us and our cook was really good. The food was so delicious. It was my birthday and I truly enjoyed the whole experience. We'll be back and definitely recommend our friends and family try this great new restaurant.”

“I've been living downriver for several years, and only recently discovered this place. I wish I had tried it sooner. It demolishes other pizza shops. Whatever they're doing is working.I've only had their pizza, but:- Crust: has real flavor, is crispy, but has some chew to it, phenomenal- Sauce: more on the sweet side, tastes like it's homemade, it's great- Cheese: real deal, it's not mushy, it's got chew to it, and has a bit of a parmesan kick- Toppings: everything I've gotten is good, but I think you can put virtually anything on the crust/sauce/cheese combo and it would be incredible”

“My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Lakes of Taylor Golf Club on June 24, 2023. We were thrilled with how friendly and accommodating all of the staff was during our wedding day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how the food was delicious and how they loved talking to our bartenders. The venue also accommodated some of our guest's dietary restrictions and our bar menu. We planned our event with Debbie. She was helpful and organized. She couldn't make it on our special day, so Nancy filled in during our rehearsal and wedding day. Nancy was also very helpful, accommodating, and kind. The ceremony space was beautiful! It included an arch with white flowers and greenery draped over it. Our only complaint was how hot the reception hall was. Some of the guests said they were comfortable with the temperature. It was a very hot and humid day outside. The building is a little bit older so it was difficult to regulate the temperature. Overall, the Lakes of Taylor Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. Our package included two entrees at the buffet, a wedding cake, table linens, and bar. The price was perfect for everything included in our package. The location is close to the airport and great for having a ceremony/reception at the same venue. We couldn't be happier with our choice!”

“This past weekend. My family organized a surprise birthday for me. We arrived at 6:00 pm. Was greeted promptly.Our area was reserved and Kayla was our waitress. She was great. Attentive and kind. Our entire group enjoyed the atmosphere. The activities and most of all the food. The chicken wings, pizza and pretzel bites are VERY good. Over all. We had a great time. 30 some of us. “Always great food and service. It’s my dad’s favorite “watering hole”, as he calls it, so we take him there every year for his birthday. Every time we go, our server is absolutely tremendous and “caters” to the whole birthday thing as well. Their BBQ sauce is very tasty. I personally like their Sweet and Zesty. Can’t go wrong!!”

The girl came to my car, there were 2 cars ahead of me and several behind me.. I ordered a large Birthday cake flurry made with custard. I received a large Birthday cake shake. She did apologize and offered to remake it but after already being there for over 15minutes and knowing theres people behind me I just took the shake figuring it would be good enough. Well I was wrong, sadly the shake was very diluted and the whole bottom half was spinkles. a very disappointing experience especially when it was over $6. I don't think I'll be returning again this summer.”

The free cone lured me in to order a Chicken Strip basket.Selected the BBQ tossed 6 pc combo. Plenty of food for the price. Good value by 2024 standards.French fries was excellent. Really surprised me. The garlic toast is a nice touch.The free cone was sizeable for free. But DQ ice cream is still lack luster to me. “This arbys is always good, but today was the best. Went through drive thru not long ago, a few minutes before 3pm and received 2 of the best double beef and cheddars. Our sandwiches were not slapped together, the amount of sauce was perfect, but the best part was the slightly pink roast beef. Omg, it was so delicious. “I got there every Sunday and Wednesday for a Baconzilla sandwich Everytime. and Everytime, the employees take my order with a smile on their face, a couple of them even know my face and know what I want and have it ready for me as soon as I order. I have even had one employee track me down at my place of work because they messed up my order and gave me a free second sandwich, and another employee was incredibly kind and had a lot in common with my interests and we spoke and they gave me an extra fry. while the appearance of the store may seem shady, the employees are always part of the reason why I go back and why I enjoy my single sandwich.”

Skinny with little to no meat and not sauced enough for my liking.DWC comes in the picture. 1st experience was great wings were more than sauced to the point where it was coming through the container. Fries were great, and the price point was fair. But the wings... I get from time to time 1, maybe 2 skinny wings, but these wings look like they came from a chicken on steroids with how meaty they are. As I stated, from time to time, we've gotten a few skinny wings, but that's ok compared to how many juicy wings I've gotten as well.All in all, I'd recommend this place to and alt to BWW. I can't say all DWC are good, but this one off Eureka has been killing it so far!”

“Easter Sunday with surprisingly few restaurants open we decided to give Sunrise a try. What a wonderful surprise. The place looked very clean and we were greeted by several people from behind the counter when we came in. The menu was limited, however, we were able to find some selections and ordered. Our breakfast arrived at the table quickly and was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. If I were to voice a complaint it might be that it is a cash only place. That being said everything else was exceptional and we will be back.”

“Had my first experience at Taylor AC today. I sat at the bar, was immediately greeted and asked what I wanted to drink. The menu prices reflect pre-Bidenomics. I ordered the BLT on white, crispy bacon, no mayo and I was not disappointed. More quality bacon than most other eateries and a fraction of the price. The Romaine and tomatoes were fresh, perfect portion to the bacon. I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. One of the best experiences I've had in several years. 5 stars.”

“Pleasantly surprised to find a location actually open til midnight first of all. I pulled in around 11:20pm and ordered my food, the person who took my order was kind and friendly. The man that made my food and brought it out to me was very friendly as well. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and he hooked it up with extra pickles for real. (Most places just put literally 1 extra pickle on there). My food was great, and I dont have any complaints. I’ll be back again.”

“Been here only one time as a roadie for my friends band for a local 3 band show and was very impressed by the great sounds provided by the sound guy, great equipment for making the bands sounding big, good beers, lots of cool people who support local music and looking forward to going there more often to play on my band as well as see other bands! He passed away three years ago, but every June or July when I come back to visit This is our go to stop to honor him after going to see him at the cemetery. “I shop at Cattlemans every month for my meat. Always the best price and quality. I get a lot more food for my dollar and I don’t run out before the end of the month. “***This location is actually in Taylor, MI (Telegraph Rd, near I-94), NOT in Detroit as receipt indicates*** This store has the worst service! The worst attitutes! The worst training! No common sense! Because of past experiences at this location, I have literally not been here since well before the pandemic. It was probably 2018 when I last patronized this location because the service has been so terrible. Today, 11/29/2023 (3:36 PM), I decided to try to give them a chance. I was optimistic that after 5 years or more, surely the service has improved. Sadly, that was not the case. I arrived and proceeded to the drive thru window since it was cold out. Besides, I was just there for 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. A straight forward order, nothing complicated or overwhelming. Only one other car in line at the time, which was in front of me. A reasonably quick in&out is what I had my fingers crossed for... but no dice. It took awhile as usual. But I still had hope there would be no issues, again because my order was straight forward, simple... 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. Well, when it was my turn to pull up to the window, I did just that. No one was there. But I patiently waited and eventually an African American female (per my receipt, Host: Drive-thru 60069) showed up on the other side of the turnstile window. She said nothing, proceeded to push out my order bag, then reversed the turnstile back because (I'm assuming) she realized it had not been paid for yet. Then she walked away from the window. She still has not greeted me nor said a word to me. So I place my credit card under the metal coin holder on the turnstile and ensured that it made a "clank" sound to ensure she knew I placed my payment method on the turnstile so that she could initiate the transaction. She did come back, turned the turnstile to retrieve the card, stood at the window and made a motion which appeared that she swiped my card. Then this is where things get weird, she looked at me then stepped away from the window without giving me my card or order bag which was still sitting near the turnstile (I could see it). So I'm yelling out "Hello... Hello... Hello!" When she came back that's when she quickly placed my card and bag in the turnstile to push out to me. But before she did I proceeded to ask "did you just walk away with my card?". She IMMEDIATELY became irate saying "Didn't nobody walk off with your card!" along with many other choice words I will spare you, the reader of this review, from. But let's just say, she was irate about being questioned about walking away from the window with my card and attempting to convince me that she never walked out of my sight with my card. But if you're not in my sight's view that means you walked away. She then, while communicating in a irate tone, now with the microphone off (but I could still hear her), pushes the turnstile out with my bag and card saying something to the affect of "Ain't nobody trying to lose their job over...". I then grabbed my bag and card and said "I'm questioning why you walked away with my card". She continued to yell with the mic off. I then said, "I need my receipt", so she then (while standing at the window, I might add) printed out my receipt (Drive-thru receipt# 684), placed it in the turnstile and pushed it out to me. I grabbed the receipt to review it and ensure it was indeed my receipt, then she said "The receipt is correct! 2 chicken sandwiches". By that time, and I assume due to the commotion she was making, another employee, African American male wearing a plastic apron, walked up to the window next to her. She continued yelling, while he was trying to get her to calm down, so I said to him "I'm just trying to find out why she walked away from the window with my credit card". She then walked away from the window yelling, as he attempted to de-escalate her, and apologized to me several times for her behavior. Needless to say, I will”

“This is a great Italian Restaurant! I placed a takeout order. Cheese pizza with extra cheese, extra pizza sauce and cooked well . Real nice friendly service. The pizza is excellent here.”

“Always great food and service. It’s my dad’s favorite “watering hole”, as he calls it, so we take him there every year for his birthday. Every time we go, our server is absolutely tremendous and “caters” to the whole birthday thing as well. Their BBQ sauce is very tasty. I personally like their Sweet and Zesty. Can’t go wrong!!”

“The customer service was excellent. The meals were brought to our table, and a staff member asked as she walked past how were our meals. I had the single bacon deluxe and my husband had the meal, double mushroom and swiss. He does prefer more mushrooms. Considering the cost of McDonald's, and the like, which are essentially vending machines, just go to Culver's. Again, the customer service was top notch.”

I would come back but I would order something different, the spicy chicken wrap was pretty good. The fries were the typical shoestring fries. The service was cool and friendly. “This past weekend. My family organized a surprise birthday for me. We arrived at 6:00 pm. Was greeted promptly.Our area was reserved and Kayla was our waitress. She was great. Attentive and kind. Our entire group enjoyed the atmosphere. The activities and most of all the food. The chicken wings, pizza and pretzel bites are VERY good. Over all. We had a great time. 30 some of us.
