The way they operate---- the line is awful I get the location isn't favorable but they made us get in two lines one for ordering and one for pickup and that's ridiculous. Most cashiers are young and kinda rude but whatever keep working
Went to pick up a doordash and they weren't even busy but acted confused and surprised I was there..I only parked, walked through the whole mall...but you had no idea to start the order until I got there?? Rightttttt. Thats not how it works. I let the customer know they hadn't even started it, had time to go pick up another order ACROSS the street, outside of the mall that came in after...and somehow they knew to have my order ready!
