“A little slice of Ann Arbor in Temperance! Thank God this place exists! I was able to feel completely at home in this little coffee shop. Art work lined the walls, plants everywhere, comfortable decor, elegant soft lighting. It was perfect. The baristas, servers, and cashiers were all so kind and helpful. I will certainly be back! They serve hot and cold coffees, boba, and smoothies. They have baked goods, deserts, sandwiches, soups, and salads. I got the Mocha Frappe with whipped cream and the Ham and Cheese sandwich. They have vegetarian options such as a 4 cheese grilled cheese, and salads. I should have looked harder for a vegan option. They sell merch and Actual Coffee brand coffee beans from Toledo. “My wife and I decided to get dinner here for our anniversary on a whim after driving by it daily, and it wad a great decision. The food, the atmosphere, and especially the service were phenomenal and we can't remember the last time we came away this satisfied with a dining experience.“

“I tried Jera's for the first time about a week ago, and the staff was so friendly. I purchased some cinnamon rolls and a slice of sweet potato pie. I enjoyed both! I really like the cinnamon rolls and can't wait to try the peach cobbler! Definitely recommend!“

“I have ordered cakes with Take the Cake a couple of times for special occasions!! The cakes were absolutely delicious. I never thought a Vegan cake could taste that could!!I would very happily recommend Take The Cake for anyone who wants to enjoy a good cake!!“

“Good Food and plenty of parking/seating. Out side seating is shaded if you come after noon. Very nice people. The biscuits and gravy is one of a kind. Fast service. Good old fashion American cafe with a twist of international specialties like baklava.Parking: Room for a Tractor Trailer to park alongside trees in the back. No Overnight Parking“

“Stopped in for lunch. What a cute place and the food was excellent. I had their chicken salad on lettuce (I'm gluten free) and it was exceptional! The portions were small so I ordered a second one. Their prices are reasonable so both servings cost about $10 - total. Really reasonable for the quality. My husband had their chili with cornbread. It too was excellent! It's a small place but they have a nice menu offering a number of interesting sandwiches / salads. Breakfast is only served on weekends. Not your ordinary fare, and all no doubt excellent. They take pride in the fact they don't have a microwave, and there are no friers. Everything is earth to oven quality food. Highly recommend.“

“If I could put more stars, I would! Our first time visiting and our server Dawn was superb she went above and beyond to make our dinner special. I asked her to pick my meal, and what she recommended was perfect. It was a dry age NY strip with sautéed mushrooms and a big loaded potato.The restaurant was very cozy and the atmosphere was perfect. If you want romantic dinner, then this is the place.“

“I've been wanting to try and finally made it; half way through my meal I was already looking forward to my next visit! I got the Boil Shack Special with Old Bay (not spicy). Went to bed thinking about it and woke up thinking about it. Highly highly recommend for those seafood cravings!!!!“
