Typically I love this place, I'd almost say I'm a regular. Although it's becoming more and more frequent that I'm paying for an upcharged request and it's blatantly being bypassed for an easier step. It's only that much more heartbreaking that I consistently tip and only realize the difference in my coffee after I've left, and yes you can tell the difference. I'm truly hoping to see a change soon, this place is a nightmare to pull out of, hate to stop going all together.
Fast delicious & friendly.Staff was on point & the bragel was legit fresh hot and ready! They even asked if I wanted cream cheese on the sausage egg and cheese bragel.?also got a small Carmel marvel.
