“We stopped here on a whim after our prior plans fell through and I’m so glad that we visited! The food was so good and fresh. I ordered the chicken rancher and it was phenomenal, you could tell the lettuce was fresh. Normally I don’t upgrade to onion rings but I decided to this time and they were so good, nice big rings with good onion pieces. My boyfriend ordered the blt and enjoyed every bite, the bacon on both our meals was also delicious. Our waitress was very kind and funny! She was very attentive and made some great dessert recommendations. We would certainly return next time we visit TC.“

The line was to the door, but we didn't wait more than four minutes to put our order in.A great place for those who are lactose intolerant! Many flavors to choose from, and staff is great! They offer shakes, lattes, and the "non ice cream" ice cream. I'm not sure what it is really. Our family of 5 got a variety of items, and we all enjoyed our selections. Our total came to about $35. We could have sat inside the shop, but chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful night!“

“Love their energy drinks and smoothies! Coffee drinks are good also. My wife likes smooth 7, I believe. My favorite is the blended cinnamon bun. Really tasty! Staff are always super nice and are always quick to get your order completed and have you on your way. Like the loyalty program with your phone number. Every tenth drink free. Must have gotten 10 drinks free by now. Ask about the secret menu they have and try some different combinations of flavors in your smoothies that aren't on the everyday menu. 2 locations in Traverse City and have not really ever had to wait to long. Great for a quick drink on the go while heading to work. Open really early also. I believe 5:30 am to 10 pm.“
“The staff seems eager to please and the setting is very comfortable and pleasing with a nice outdoor seating area also. I do hope for a larger menu with more vegan offerings and consistency. Please keep your prices reasonable or I'll put you in the "overpriced tourist category" in the future! I'm happy to see more lunch and dinner offerings but only wish they were offered more than on weekends. I'd be here as a regular then! Keep it simple and fresh and affordable!“

“This turned out to be a beautiful place! It’s tucked into the new building on 8th and there’s tons of space to get coffee or a meal. I got brunch and it was very salty but otherwise good. The coffee is from Higher Grounds so it’s of course great! They’ve got a lot of local food and drink, check them out! You can buy local art from local artists too!“

The neighboring Starbucks was 10-15 cars deep so we came across Cuppa Joe across the street and decided to give it a try. Also their London Fog is probably one of the best I've had (I like it with the vanilla). “Atmosphere is really nice for being a little Airport cafe. All the staff was super nice and joking away with all of us. Which was not easy because there were delays of airline flights of 12 hours and more. So they were swamped with people. Food was delicious and coffee was great too! Thank you so much! “We our local biggby!! I frequent the south airport location and they’re extremely consistent. Alicia is often at the window when I arrive and she couldn’t be any sweeter!!! I’m pretty sure one day I was crying at the window because I was having a hard mom day and her kindness made my afternoon so much better!! “Great selection and friendly service with fair pricing. First time here, tried the Mexican Mocha Latte without cinnamon - mocha latte with a pinch of cayenne pepper - it's great. We decided to relax and enjoy our drinks and the sitting areas are comfortable and cozy, with enough room to talk without feeling like you have to whisper. “I really liked this coffee place. The staff were nice. Only one of the staff members were a little judgy when it came to wanting more shots of espresso in my drink. We went the first time on a Friday, and got a cherry truffle hot coffee, it was awesome. The next morning we went and got a hot mocha and another cherry truffle. The cherry truffle coffee had little flavor. We went again later in the day, and still little flavor in the cherry truffle. Unfortunately I don’t think we will order the cherry truffle again, but will go to again.“

(530pm ish) prime dinner time wasn't long wait but this lady came in after me she was complaining about people coming in after getting food before she got hers.. your team did what they could to please her very appolagtic.. they apologized to me.. “Wallah one of the best Palestinian dishes served in the state of Michigan. From living in almost every corner and center within the state (including Dearborn), I have not had tasted middle eastern food so authentic yet true to the new generation of Palestinians. The servers and chefs were great, nice people who were down to sit and talk. I also ordered a caramel latte, and I truly mean it when I say, this coffee was so tasty so delicious, I can’t ever step foot in another coffee shop again. None will compare.
