There should be no Negative reviews … I eat out a lot with my job on the road all the time … Best Breakfast Ever !! Plentiful, fresh , and hot … Service was outstanding .. Thank you Makae .. She never let my coffee go empty and checked on me several times without being intrusive… Thanks Omelette Shoppe for a great dining experience….
The name doesn't begin to describe the diversity of truly delicious, unique breakfast choices here. I enjoyed the breakfast burrito with it's true Mexican flavor including beans, salsa and a hint of lime. The coffee is very good, the service outstanding and the portions and prices are family friendly. We had only a five minute wait at 9:15 am on a Friday.Vegetarian options: My wife enjoyed the vegetarian scramble - flavorful, filling and an attractive presentation.

This is always our go to when visiting TC. I had the heart healthy frittata egg whites goat cheese very yummy. We shared the French press coffee which was equally good. A wait to get out table but only about 15 min. Same wait staff as previous visit. They must do something right.
