“My father and I stopped in for lunch at the PF Chang’s inside Somerset Mall, James was our server and took exceptional care of us! The food was delicious but the service is what really put this over the top! James was like a magician, here when we needed him and a ghost when we had mouthfuls of food (no one likes being bothered when they’re eating)… he made excellent recommendations and even brought over a sauce concoction, similar to the trio for our egg rolls that had spicy mustard that was fabulous! Overall you know what to expect from Chang’s and the kitchen delivered but James’s service was perfect and really made our meal an excellent experience! I’ll come here before I fight the crowds at Partridge Creek ever again! Cheers to the whole staff with an extra nod to our waiter James!”

Now to set some of these 1 star reviews straight.
If its the weekend there isn't lunch prices duh!
You can not see an empty table,sit yourself down, and wonder why you didn't get service. Duh!
No reservation? You are not entitled to any explanations other then "You are welcome to make a reservation for 9pm tonight" no one has to tell you how long they are holding an earlier reservation for. Its not yours you are not entitled to answers about a reservation that is not yours. DUH!!
So many negative reviews because you feel as though the employees were looking down on you. I have checked across your other negative reviews and they have the same complaint.... I think you are the problem. DUH!!
Last but not least, Your Husband said he called and was told on a Saturday that reservations were not necessary. Yeah sure. He either called the wrong place, or he was told "We aren't taking reservations for today" that is not the same as reservations aren't necessary and if you do not know the difference you have no business eating at an establishment such as this, stick to coney islands because I guarantee its one of those two things. No one told him that Reservations weren't necessary on a Saturday night. Use some common sense DUH!

I highly recommend Stoney River Steakhouse.

Parking: There are about 20 parking spots, that are very close to the front of the restaurant, as well as the option of valet parking (most evenings). The “overflow” spots are conveniently located and nearby, as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots up front and valet parking available most evenings. The doorways and pathways in the restaurant are ample to accommodate a wheelchair or walker.”

“Everything was good, however, when checking my charge receipts weeks later, a larger amount was charged to my card. I called and talked to the manager, who stated, “ the $17.00 add on was probably because no gratuity was left,” and I would receive a refund within 3-5 days. Well, first of all, I always leave a cash tip. I don’t believe in charging a tip. Second no one, and I mean no one has the right to make an additional charge on my card without my consent. It has been a week since I talked to the manager and nothing has been refunded. I will be contacting my bank for the refund that I did not receive from Seasons 52. Even though the food was exceptionally good, I refuse to cater to a restaurant that uses my charge card as an ATM.”

“Came here twice this week I've been meaning to try this place for some time! I had a failed meal prep and didn't have much time so this place definitely fit the bill. They were a little over the time that they quoted for pick up which was 20 minutes but that's OK because I'd rather my food be hot and still being cooked and sitting there getting cold for time passing. The staff is very friendly. I don't know why people have been saying they aren't. The place is a little bit older but what can you expect? It's a great Chinese place. You're there for the food not the decor and also it's pretty much a carryout place considering there is only a couple tables to begin with Not really much of a dining room. I had ordered beef egg, foo young lunch portion for both days and both portions were the same and cooked with fresh ingredients. The portions are massive even for lunch. I do recommend coming in and ordering instead of using all the apps you can save some money there. Looking forward to making my regular Chinese spot when I am getting carry out at work. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu.”

City BBQ’s meat is consistently better, more flavorful, the sauces offered are interesting (love the green chile!), and the staff is always kind. City BBQ is also significantly cheaper than the other afore-mentioned bbq joints. If you live in Metro-Detroit, go try it! It’s SO good!”

“Love this restaurant! We travel from Windsor Ontario to eat here because of the great food and drink. However the best part of Troy Yard House is the staff. Namely Sara who works the bar. She is simply amazing. I marvel at how she commands the bar yet encages with each of her customers. We have been here several times and attend based on Sar's schedule. We truly appreciate her as well the other staff who make this a GREAT place to be!”

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to quality. From perfectly spiced dosas to Irani chai, every bite was a treat. The live stations added a nice interactive touch, allowing us to enjoy made-to-order items right off the griddle.

What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. They were proactive in checking on tables, replenishing the buffet, and making sure every guest felt welcomed and satisfied. It’s clear that they take pride in not just serving food but ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile.

But the day I visited , There was a Uncontrollable Crowd gathering, But the staff did What can they do and satisfied everyone with their Good Quality Food .

In addition to that, when I noticed the table needed to be cleaned they came and cleaned it even though they were understaffed and so busy. “wanted to treat an entire Senior Living community on Rochester Rd to some great pizza. I ordered party trays from Jeffrey several days ahead and everything was was perfect. I wanted to get them double cut, and next time I probably will, but seriously, I saw people > 85 (men and women) eating 2 BIG pieces, it was like serving them gold! In the past, I would bring a few Little Ceasars (because of budget -- I just donate this stuff) but this time I wanted something special. We were celebrating my mom's 95th birthday .... so I wanted to splurge. It was 100000X better than Little Ceasars and everyone loved it. Jeffrey was so nice, so professional and helpful and whomever made the pizzas that day (my husband picked them up, he said it was two women in the shop) they did an awesome job, each pizza looked and smelled beautifully, The residents were even "caught" sneaking pieces to thier apartments for later ... and it went so fast, I never even got to have some. I always order from this Jets (it is just better than the one on Auburn) and I hope corporately you please give Jeff and big thumbs up! “This location is by far the most upscale one. The dining experience was amazing, my server was awesome. My salmon and Cajun had some heat to it, the crab cake has clumps of crab. My date loved the fish and chips. We will definitely come back and visit and try other menu items.
