Stopped by to try the cookie butter cold brew; I’m not a regular at dunkin so I was reading off my order. I felt very rushed and that the staff member was annoyed and frustrated. The lady had an accent but that’s all I have to identify her because I didn’t see her. I say this to say if you have to have a bad attitude you shouldn’t work at these type of establishments. I come to this dunkin almost all the time and the food and drinks here are great. Everyone is super sweet to me but lately this one lady with blonde hair and tattoos had been giving the worst attitude to me and towards the other employees. For example, I told her i was doing apple pay and she rolled her eyes at me. She also got mad because the scan for my dunkin app wasn’t working. This experience was not it.
