The food was good. The service was terrible. They were sadly understaffed. We had to wait to order while 3 of the 4 employees tried to convince one employee who was scheduled to leave to stay longer right in front of us. I interrupted them to ask if we could order. They said one minute and continued to talk amongst themselves.
Who doesn't love a good bagel? I don't come to this specific location often, but it's closest to work and when we have training sessions or office events that require bagels, I always stop here to pick up a dozen bagels and what ever else we may need. It's located inside a shopping center so parking here's easy as can be. The staff here's always so helpful and friendly, regardless if it's busy or quiet inside.
