“Wr dined at the Utica restaurant tonight at 5:30 for dinner . I cannot say enough about The food and staff . The manger came to our Table twice to ask us if we’re happy with meal And staff . My favorite part of the evening Was the hot donuts . The best donut I ever Tasted and I am not kidding . I will be Taking my kids and grandkids very soon To this restaurant”

“The place was awesome great burgers and extremely great prices. The wait staff was great me and my wife popped in for a beer and some food. We were greeted instantly when we walked in And we had drinks in front of us in about 2 minutes The food was awesome The burgers range from about 8 bucks to 12 bucks depending on what you order. The fries were like five bucks for a whole basket. They also have outdoor seating with a nice patio in downtown Utica which is great. Right down the street from Jimmy John's field. You could definitely sit out on the patio and watch the fireworks when the field is doing them. Could definitely bring children here. Not so much wheelchair friendly as there are a couple steps inside. Although I'm sure you can manage somehow. There are plenty of places to park around the back there's a big lot that you can park in down the road or you can get lucky and get a spot in downtown Utica. The service was fantastic The burgers were cooked to perfection and drinks were ice cold what more could you ask for. I'm definitely recommending this place and we will definitely be back You can't beat it.

Kid-friendliness: Could definitely bring your children here they got burgers awesome fries

“Usually pretty good, except today, very bad service. Inattentive waitress, not checking on table, sat without coffee refill, or never asked if I needed anything. Never checked on my table. I asked another waitress if she could help me, and she just snapped back “oh, you want your waitress?”, um yea, I never asked that. I had to go the front to get my bill. I’ve started going there as a regular, since I’m new to the area, but not sure now if I’ll return.”

“Papa's Shawarma is where it's at. Wife gets the chicken Shawarma wrap, I get the beef. I mistakingly ordered the loaded chicken Shawarma fries and they are 🔥! Skip the franchise restaurants and give Papa's a try. More bang for the buck and delicious! I'd like to see them survive so please share the info. Support the small businesses! “Chicken Tinga enchiladas and grande chimichangas were beyond amazing! Our girl Lauren behind the bar mixes outstanding hand squeezed margaritas! Service from her and the kitchen was exceptional! The hint of cumin in the salsa and warm crispy chips might draw you in, but it’s the whole experience that keeps you coming back!”

“Deanna & Anna have a great establishment here! Just visited this evening with a few friends for the first time. I’ll definitely be back. I had the veggie panini and truffle fries with a sangria. “This place is surprisingly good! I was impressed with my server Alicia, she did an outstanding service for me and my family. I was spectical at first ( being our first time). When my 5 year old spilled his water she was so fast to clean it up. i apologize so many times and she was just so sweet the whole time. ( tip her extra). The food came out hot, and my husband really loved his tacos. This is definitely a Family friendly restaurant. Definitely coming back for my Daughter’s birthday. Outstanding restaurant overall.”

“I love this place but make sure your employees are properly trained on how to make a blizzard. Went there last night and my 2 blizzards were not mixed properly. one with mint was mostly a vanilla ice cream with very little mint mixed in the second was a cookie jar and I didn't get to the fudge until I reached the bottle of the cup and the cookie dough and Oreos were only at the top. I will still be back and happy your remodel is now complete.”

“I have been a customer for 30 years. One of my childhood friends can walk in the door and the lady will yell almond boneless chicken! You want some really good food try the mongolian beef! it is off that charts. My girl loves there hot n sour soup. Says it is the best around. I hate the way it looks but it is good! just wanted to give a thumbs up. Good people, great place....”

“Good enough food. Pricey but a lot of food so it averages out to fair value. Brussel sprouts were tasty but too crunchy. Wife thought they were too sweet. Ribs were very good. Didn't know you cooked your own steak. Not fond of that. Happy hour specials are a good deal but very limited selection.”
