I've stopped by 3 - 4 times and am continually surprised by the quality of the food. Had the beef brisket noodle soup and pan fried pork bun and the quality is not very different from an alley in Taipei. (I'm a native Taiwanese.) i had very low expectations for this spot because asian mall food is usually trash but master noodle was very good! my very picky elderly east asian grandmother had the taiwanese tomato beef brisket noodle soup (without spiciness and peanuts) and she said it tasted great and it wasn't too salty. we also had the pork sandwich which was good, pork pot stickers were average, and fried rice was good too. it wasn't too salty but it was a bit oily. however, everything was fresh! portion...read full review
Good is consistently good and hits all the marks. Noodles always have the right amount of chew, whether that is the shaved noodles or the hand pulled noodles. Staff is flexible to change your meat preferences!
