I've stopped by 3 - 4 times and am continually surprised by the quality of the food. Had the beef brisket noodle soup and pan fried pork bun and the quality is not very different from an alley in Taipei. (I'm a native Taiwanese.) In fact, these two items may be the best available to a local without involving a boarding pass. The soup was absolutely correct in flavor and the noodles were hand pulled. The dough on the pork bun was freshly made. Surprisingly, the offering in their Edina store is not nearly this good. That chef is heavy handed with the MSG while this chef doesn't use any at all. It's an amazing offering among all the plastic food in the big Mall.

Good food expect the table was dirty and the floor had dirty tissues and trash. After the customers leave you should take the time to wipe the tables and check for messes.

Noodles in the dish were bleh. They had sat way too long. The cilantro and beef was okay.

i had very low expectations for this spot because asian mall food is usually trash but master noodle was very good! my very picky elderly east asian grandmother had the taiwanese tomato beef brisket noodle soup (without spiciness and peanuts) and she said it tasted great and it wasn't too salty. we also had the pork sandwich which was good, pork pot stickers were average, and fried rice was good too. it wasn't too salty but it was a bit oily. however, everything was fresh! portion sizes were good for us, but it will not be for the average american. food is also on the pricier side.the interior vibe was very nice albeit very small. i liked the self-service kiosk. i wished the bowls and utensils weren't plastic but it's understandable as this isn't a restaurant and more of a fast-casual eatery.if you like panda express, this place may not be for you.

Good is consistently good and hits all the marks. Noodles always have the right amount of chew, whether that is the shaved noodles or the hand pulled noodles. Staff is flexible to change your meat preferences!

The food was literally so good I'm walking out hurting ‍‍‍ pineapple fried rice with the chili oil and yum yum sauce + the pork fried bun with the sauce was one of the best things I've eaten at the the mall . Probably my go to ! Service was fast and friendly ! Super cute Decor

We are happy it opens in the Mall of America, which offers one more option of chinese food. However, its seating is not enough and, worst of all, very filthy. It seems they never clean tables/chairs. They only provide plastic utensils (plates, bowls, etc.). It really makes you feel bad when having hot noodle soup in a plastic bowl in these days, so unhealthy ?. Also, their portion of dishes is smaller than other sites in Edina/St Paul.

Being on here for a couple of day, I was surprised to find this gem of a place. As a Taiwanese native, this hit the spot with their authentic Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup and a very fragrant popcorn chicken (that 5 spice powder + 鹹酥雞 powder ??)Strongly recommend for your next authentic Chinese / Taiwanese experience here in Minneapolis!

Um...there food is okay but they oil it too much with peanut oil, that also ruined the food. Gor 17.99 Its not worth it to be honest.

Everything about this place reminded me of my time in SE Asia. The guy in the back pulling noodles, only chopsticks available for eating, lots of napkins good food that reminded me of my mother in laws home cooking. A 3 average mean that it didn’t change its menu to meet MN taste pallet, but if you want something close to authentic then this is the place. Just wish they had more room to sit and eat.

Love this place! The food here is fresh and authentic—brings back memories of being in Asia. I’m not usually a fan of greasy American Chinese food so it’s refreshing to have this option at MOA. The taste is delicious and food portion is good (unlike the 3 thin slices of meat at ramen places that irritate me… lol). Price is a bit higher than at food courts and more similar to ramen places, but my belly is definitely more satisfied here.

This is our 2nd time eating here and it was great. This time we ordered the lanzhou beef noodle soup and the Chongqing spicy noodle soup. The last time we ordered the cumin beef sandwich which was good as well. The Chongqing is definitely spicy but it's a warm spice but doesn't overpower. Broth has great flavor in both dishes and isn't too salty.
