“I adore this place. It has been around gorgeous a very long time. That proves that the food and service is great. I have eaten many meals & deserts, and I've never been disappointed. This place cares about its patrons and loves seeing new people.“

“This place is a hidden gem! I was in Caledonia for work and had about an hour for lunch. Really didn't want fast food so I gave this place a try. Very fresh food and homestyle atmosphere. I left feeling full but not lethargic. Prices were surprisingly low for a niche eatery like this. I got the lunch special and an ice water and left for 15$ including a 20% tip. Hard to find this anywhere. Give them a try and let's support a small business doing a nice job.“

“Elsie's was a pleasant little find after visiting Beaver Creek State Park. The atmosphere is very cute and fresh. The staff seemed busy and we're a little behind on greeting folks, but were friendly and welcoming. The food arrived quickly, in big portions, and it was delicious.“

“I recommend this location for everything but their curbside service. Some idiot has decided they should pack all curbside orders in paper bags. Even when the order includes a half gallon of cold milk (which has its own handle, by the way), and pop bottles. These things sweat, you know and bags rip.“

“Just recently started eating breakfast at this cafe. I have not been disappointed. I normally get an omelette with American fries. Absolutely incredible, couldn’t ask for a better breakfast. So, I started bringing my daughter along and she loves the pancakes. I recommend this place to anyone driving through.“
