I went to Culver's and ordered two meals, only to find that one of the burgers was missing when I got home. I called to alert them and they acknowledged their mistake and asked if I wanted to return for a replacement. I did (hangry) and they made a fresh mushroom Swiss burger that was missing upon my initial arrival. I have NEVER had a bad meal or experience at this location since it opened. Always great service and very fast. I think Culver's is underrated as a fast food joint. It's like in-N-out burger for the Midwest.
